Easy to use and cool details.Only at the first time strat it was a bit tricky to make the water flow in the system. I pressed the hot water botton 7 to 8 times and couple of off and on from the main power cord then the ware flowed.

Machine did not take any water from the tank as it should do to rinse / fill the circuit at the first power onI also had the demonstration guy with me, so he had experience.

So far happy.Only issue is the metal on top starts to corrode / rust a little bit. Which shouldnt be the case for such high price product

1st day of installation the company representative while installing the machine went thru the process of filling water followed by beans and then before starting the flushing said if you are lucky it will work as I have had 5 machines recently with an issue of air lock. He did not know that this would be the 6th with the same issue.This definitely is a known issue. I am surprised that Delonghi has taken no action to ensure that a dead machine does not reach customers.

The machine from outside looks good, it does have however lots of plastic elements that makes it look cheap. Overall build is good however don't expect to make perfect espresso, and perfect microfilm with this machine.The grinder does not grind fine enough, leaving the flow of the espresso running and being under extracted and watery. There is no way to adjust the grind settings as it has only 6 levels.The steamer wand is not good enough to make micro foam for good latte.All in all, do not recommend for people that really want quality espresso.

WE RECEIVED THE ITEMS BUT IT IS NOT WORKING CONDITION, KINDLY TAKE IT BACK AND REPLACE THE CORRECT WORKING MACHINE PLEASE URGENTLY PLEASE.
