Great pans, not lightweight, will not warp easily
These are not too heavy to lift but are much more solid than what I had in the past. Even under high heat they've not warped or popped or shown any changes. Nice and smooth and easy to clean. Very happy baker.

Good product
The aluminum trays are sturdy and well made. They have not been in the oven yet so I do not know if they will warp. I used hot water on the sticker glue inside the pan after first scratching off the paper with my fingernail. The glue residue came off with a little brushing after a few seconds. I used mineral spirits on the stickers on the outside of the pan; again the paper needs to be removed first. I've heard rubbing alcohol works on removing sticker glue but I have not tried it.All those people complaining about removing the stickers made me hesitate in ordering these pans. I've never had any problems removing sticker glue if you first remove the paper but it is not inconceivable a seller would use a sticker with a glue very difficult to remove. This seller did not, as I said above. It is hard to know if some of those 1-star ratings were paid for or those people are just incompetent. A little research on the Web could have made their lives easier and mine too since I would not have wonder if what they are saying is true. Either way they deserve some criticism.

Excellent
These pans are excellent. I've had the exact same ones for over 20 years. They are still in perfect condition. I bought a couple more sets for gifts because they had two of them and wanted more. They get used every day, and clean up really well. I have ordered other sheet pans before and either returned them or tossed them. This set is the real deal. Best cooking sheets I've ever used.

Great! No warping!
Who knew you (I) should have sheet pans that don’t warp when heated in the oven? I didn’t. Wired Magazine and The New York Times did. I heeded their point that warping pans don’t help cook evenly. The difference is remarkable. I sent all my old pans away. Great quality!

Cannot remove sticky, gooey tape from pans
I received the pans that I ordered, but they were taped together all the way around the edges of the pans and I spent 1 hour and ten minutes trying to pull off the tape that would only come off in tiny little slivers at a time. After I thought I had removed all of the tape, a sticky, gooey tape residue was everywhere the tape had been. I sprayed them with goo gone & tried to wipe off the gooey residue (without much luck). Then I let them soak in hot soapy water for an hour, tried to wipe off the goo & rinsed with hot water. Still have gooey spots on both pans. Don’t know if I should bake with these pans.

Heavy gauge all purpose baking sheet
Roasting pan, sheet pan meals, chicken wings (with rack), cake, pie drip tray, cookies...I use half sheets for daily all purpose baking. These are heavy gauge aluminum (much better than stainless steel or - God forbid - nonstick), and are actually made in USA! No warping. Just please, like I repeatedly ask my wife, please don't put in the dishwasher. It doesn't necessarily ruin them, but somehow they're just not the same and they don't glide as smoothly on the oven rack (which is why I just bought two more although I still use the old ones too). Plus they're so dang easy to wash by hand.
