These vitamins taste the best and do not give me any stomach problems. Most people usually eat the serving size of 3 gummies, but I prefer to take 2 at a time. The quality and ingredients make these gummies worth it and I’ve been taking them now for 5 months with no issues!

Have been taking for over 5 months now and it think they are fine. I appreciate that the serving size is now 3 instead of 6. The flavors are nice, but I would like them better if they were less sweet. I don’t really feel any different but don't really think I’m supposed to notice idk. From what it says on the bottle this one is the best quality vitamin you can get at this price point. The only thing that annoys me is that I can’t tell which one is the orange flavor gummy and which is the lemon creme (which is my favorite flavor out of the 3). Haven’t noticed it bothering my stomach in any way.

I have been taking these vitamins for about 10 days now. I was a little concerned about taking 6 gummies at first, but after trying them the first day they were not bad! The flavors are great and the texture was not bad at all. I am definitely seeing a difference with my energy levels. I feel more motivated throughout the day. I even forgot to take them one day last week and noticed how sluggish I was all day. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who struggles with daily motivation and just needs some daily vitamin!

I love all the great nutrients and vitamins in these, but why are they so sweet? I’m not 5 — I don’t want sugary sweet gummy snacks. And you have to take 6, so it’s way too much sugar and way too sweet. I guess I need the sugar-free version.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These are seriously by far the best vitamins I've taken in a long time. You don't have to swallow, the flavors are good and I can tell when I don't take them for a few days. I would highly recommend, in fact I got my one picky grandson to take the men's formula. He likes them.

This is the first vitamin I’ve stuck with for over 4 months non stop. Usually I’ll start taking vitamins and then get bored and start forgetting them or forget to take them with food. Not an issue with these since they taste so good that it’s my desert after a meal. Since daily dose is like 6 of them, I take some after breakfast and some after lunch.Effects: these are also the first vitamins I feel a noticeable difference with. I feel more energy each day, probably due to B and D vitamins. Due to that, I try not to take them too late in the evening. The other thing I’ve noticed right away is a lot more regular bowel movements. My friends who tried them said they’ve noticed the same. That being said, if you eat more than daily dose because they taste so good, you might be extra regular.Ingredients: I love that it has every vitamin you need based on latest research. Over the last decade there have been a lot of studies that say it can be dangerous to take D vitamins without K2 with it. And although many D3 specific vitamins do include K2, I have not seen that in a multivitamin yet, other than this one. Granted K2 is a little low here but better than nothing. Also, I’ve read up on the actual ingredients of these vitamins and turns out that many that I read about are the best source for your body to absorb as natural vitamins. Probably the reason why I actually feel a difference with these as opposed to the other ones where I just get bright yellow pee. Also, I have not seen multivitamins that have omega oils. Not only that, you cannot taste it at all. When I’ve taken fish oil, It would taste so awful and then I’d be burping up oil for hours. With these I do not have any of these side effectsTaste: I saw that some people are saying that theirs are covered with sugar or too sweet. The company describes the types they have and which ones are sugar covered. The ones I order are not covered in sugar although they do have sugar in them. I hate overly sweet things and candies. These are not overly sweet. I would say they are a bit on the sour side and have sugar to counteract that a bit but not too much. They are very pleasant. They are NOT gummy bear texture though. They are not chewy. So if you bite into them, it will be like biting into thicker jello. So the texture feels weird initially when you are expecting it to be chewy, but once you no longer expect that, the texture is awesome. I tend to suck on them or chew them if in a hurry

My wife loves these gummies. They are the only multivitamins she can take that don't make her sick to her stomach. She has tried all sorts but only these work for her. She lives how it gives her all her vitamins and omega-3s. I started using the mens version because she loved them soo much. Definitely would recommend! We also like how they changed the formula so we are taking 3 gummies instead of 6. They have helped her energy level and overall wellness.

I have been taking these smarty pants women's vitamins for about 10 years. At the time, they were reccommended to me because they included fish oil/ omegas that my doctor reccommended. I had been taking it separately but I hated the smell and it was an additional thing to remember. I have loved them. They tasted like dessert. They changed the formula a recently. I instantly noticed they don't taste as good as the old formula but there is a lot less sugar. After using this product for a few months, I felt like it wasn't working as well. I went through both bottle lables. The only difference in percentages I see is the fish oil. It looks like not only does it have a lot less oil, but it doesn't have any fish oil. It is made from algae. As someone with food allergies, I get why they would change this. If you need a multi vitamin with fish oil new formula is not it.
