Exceeds my expectations
I’ve been using this heating pad for a couple of weeks now, and it’s quickly become my go-to for neck and shoulder tension. The length is perfect, it drapes comfortably across my shoulders and even down my back, which most other pads I’ve tried can’t cover. I like that it has a bit of weight to it; the gentle pressure feels soothing while the heat works on sore muscles. It heats up evenly in the microwave and stays warm longer than I expected. The fleece cover is soft against the skin, and the herbal scent is calming without being overpowering. Overall, this feels well-made and durable. I’ve noticed real relief from stiffness after long workdays, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a simple, natural way to ease tight muscles.

Very soft neck wrap
The neck wrap is very nice, it heats up in the microwave and is warm when I put it on my neck. It does help with the pain of my neck. I would recommend if anyone is going to buy it that they should, it really does help!!!

Works good, smells good, heats up super fast, but doesn’t stay hot longer than minutes
Works so good and heats up in seconds but it doesn’t stay as warm as the actual home made sock with rice in it u can make. Smells like oatmeal too

Working well so far (tips for heating)
The longer shape is great for neck therapy while doing other things. In general, I prefer the ThermiPaq clay pads (they get hotter and they last longer), but the only long one they make has clay beads instead of the "mushy" clay, which isn't as effective. I find this product gives more heat and lasts longer than the clay beads.I experience neck pain and have been using this almost daily for a few weeks. I like it, and it doesn't smell like lavender (or anything else), which is a big plus. A few thoughts:1. HAVE A MICROWAVE NEARBY. This holds its heat relatively well, but if you want constant *high* heat you'll need to reheat it every 15 minutes or so.2. USE A PLATE OR CLOTH WHEN HEATING. Don't get it dirty, and especially not greasy. That will create problems when heating.3. FLIP DURING HEATING. I see complaints about the seeds inside burning. My guess is they ran the microwave for too long and/or overcooked one spot. The manufacturer recommends 60-90 seconds; I rotate it every 30–45 seconds (flipping it 90-180 degrees each time) and go closer to 120 seconds to pack a little more heat in.4. CHECK IT WHEN HEATING. When you flip it every 30 seconds or so, feel across the surfaces. It takes a couple seconds and if any part of it feels *hot* then you're done. If you're not sure, shake the seeds and feel again. Go easy on it, and don't blame me if you burn it — every microwave is different (I heat this in three different locations with different kinds of microwaves — no problems so far).5. SHAKE IT BY THE HANDLES. If you wear this around your neck, the seeds will settle on the ends, in which case you won't get as many seeds in the center (neck!) area as you want do the heating. Fold it in half, hold it by both handles, and give it several gentle shakes. The seeds go back to the center and you'll enjoy more of that heat. When, inevitably, I do burn this one out, I'm going to buy another, and another, and another.

Be careful how long you microwave
I really liked the fabric and texture of the product. It was a good size and helped with pain, but there was a bit of an issue with the heating. I’m unsure if it was my fault or not, but the fabric did melt some in the microwave creating a hole where the beans came out. Maybe just be mindful of how long you microwave, could’ve been my fault!

Unique padding and style provides extra comfort
This style is quite useful and unique compared to others. Its size and shape allows it to heat well and it fits nicely for neck and shoulders but also as a great wrap for your knees or any area where you want to wrap it around for extra heat. It’s especially comforting with the extra soft padding layer that others don’t have. It’s very well made and there is excellent customer service and warranty that comes with it. I especially like the puffy thickness yet it’s soft and pliable and heats evenly very well. This is the best design that I’ve ever had. I’m impressed.

Not even a week worth!
I just bought this couple days ago and this happened already. I put it in the microwave for about 3.5mins. Besides the burned part i love it..but it doesn’t even last a week. They need to send me a new one to be fair.
