Umame for days!
I had no idea what to expect, but it wasn’t this.Bright citrus flavor with a kick of spice. Super savory, but not salty. It’s a deep savory flavor that is so good on meat. Put this on a roasted pork tenderloin and cut into tender, rare medallions. *drool*It really knocked out socks off. I wish this came in a bigger size. It’s so good.

Good for beginners
This is kind of a “beginners” version of spicy yuzu paste. It’s much milder than other options. It’s not a great value for the price but worth a go if you’re exploring the taste!

Amazing flavor, good heat
Make some homemade mayonnaise with egg/lemon juice/canola oil, mix in some of this to taste and add some salt and you've got an amazing sauce with totally unique flavor worthy of a restaurant. Really great stuff, real yuzu flavor, spicy but not too intense, nice tube makes getting it out simple

Very good for yuzu flavoring when you cant find the real thing
This is a very good product when you are in need of yuzu flavor. I live in the US and not in a area that has a Japanese grocery store so having a yuzu flavor seasoning totally comes in handy. I use this product for a recipe I found on the "Just One Cookbook" Youtube channel. I recommend the wasabi and the mustard from this company as well.

Delicious and affordable
Tiny amount in my ramen broth. This took it to another level ! WOW!!

Spicy, citrusy, and salty
Tastes great when mixed directly into noodles. If you're looking to make a yuzu dipping sauce, I would investigate yuzu juice or maybe a different yuzu kosho rather than this yuzu kosho. I had a very difficult time whisking it in and it separated almost immediately. Still tasty but it was very frustrating.

Great in vegetables
So far I like it. It’s not as strong as I expected. I am looking forward to trying another brand in a jar as I think the plastic affects the flavor of the sauce but it is a good way to sample it. Worth trying.

Yuzu with a salty spice - Love this!
This taste great right out of the tube, but I'm not sure what I'll use it on. Made scallops and broccoli using this paste with soy, garlic, and toasted sesame oil and it was great. I'm going to order more of this.
