This device is healing the bursitis in my hip — quickly no less. It also helps with back pain. At 62 years old, I often overdo activity and cause myself extended periods of muscle pain. I am learning to use this whenever that happens and it consistently fixes the problem very quickly. There are quite a few of these out there. Some important qualities: Both heat and adjustable vibration, easily rechargeable, battery lasts long (mine goes for at least 30 minutes with both heat and vibration going. It probably goes longer than that, but 30 minutes is usually about right for the treatment. Make sure you get one shaped like this — for some reason this shape really does the trick in multiple areas.

Received this already used. Totally no power at all and hairs stuck to it. Cords unwrapped no seal on box. And no padding inside.

Works great! I gave it to 4 stars because of the battery life is shorter than expected. Heating goes up quick and it is really hot not just warm! Help reduce back pain and stimulate muscle cells. Battery life is not as long as I like it to be. Having to charge more often

My go-to travel massager. I honestly hardly ever use the vibration or heat settings, instead just place it on my back. Works great on glutes, hammies, and cables as well.

Purchased four months ago and motor is already dying. Got great pain relief on spine when it functioned properly. You can already hear the decline in motor and I don't use it often. The charging unit no longer works either. Trying to return for a refund. 30 days is not enough of a return window for electronics of this price!

the ball itself is a good tool for pain relief, I wish it would be hotter though And the would do a Lower settings of the vibration because if I work on my upper back, my head starts spinning and mouth feels weird from the lowest setting of the vibration. Why I gave 3 stars? Because I purchased another one for my client and then ended up having to return it. The seller didn’t take care of the better options to return their item.It was a struggle to drive somewhere to print 3 different labels for this item(hazardous lithium battery 2 warnings and main label),drive and walk with my 2 babies on my arms to drop it off,while I also had to pay for Ups package because they wouldn’t accept the one I had. And I still didn’t get my refund. I usually drop all returns at my local kohls with 0 of these issues,they accept it with no labels or packages and as soon as they scan the code from my phone I instantly receive my refund. that’s the best and that’s how it should be for everything and everywhere.

Super soft silicone doesn’t hurt my skin not the most powerful vibration but it does the job. Heating features very cool and unique as well. Also- it lasts a really long time and doesn’t turn off every 20 minutes like every other high and vibration massager. Trigger point is much more powerful but too large sometimes- this is a smaller peanut which is just what I wanted. Plus, I really love that it stays on instead of the auto shut off feature on most high end massagers
