I looked at the comments before buying this and what they say about the tripod it’s true. It’s not the best but it can do the job. It’s easy to setup if you know what you doing. It has 3 stages high but I only did the 2, on the 3rd it feels like it would break. As for the clock itself, the LED are nice and bright, even in direct sunlight. There is an app that is pretty decent, it uses Bluetooth and I don’t see myself using the remote. Just test it out first because it’s not the best user interface. I only took out one star not for the tripod (that was a given) but I did not get the DC cables with mines. I reached out to the seller and they apologize and agreed to send it. Other than that with a battery pack it’s pretty good. For the price you can’t go wrong and it seems weather proof as well, didn’t test it but ther are seals and weather proof connectors

The clock works very well. However, the batteries sold by ABENIC (their recommendation) are not high quality. Charged one time and quit functioning. Bought another and charged it twice and now only works for 75 minutes.Worst part of this entire system is the worthless tripod and tripod system. The attachment broke on the first time of using. Clock wobbles around on the cheap attachment apparatus. So far, I can't figure out how to adapt the clock to allow a better tripod to be used. Again, the clock works very well but tripod and batteries can render it useless

The media could not be loaded. Great product so far. Great display in full sun. Didn’t realize it didn’t have a buzzer or horn at the end of the timer. Hopefully I can add that later.

The clock is nice. Too nice for the tripod that it comes with. Way to flimsy for he clock weight.

Have only had it for a few mi this but you can see it outside on a pool deck in full light. You have to be really close for the remote to work but other wise pretty good

We purchased this product to time our annual 5k trail run. Have not used it yet, our race is in November. Wanted to familiarize myself with the set up and function in plenty of time before race day. The unit is supposed to be waterproof, let’s hope so as November can be unpredictable. The tripod seems flimsy, so I will need to develop a system to weigh it down securely. We can power it outside with our generator, but was disappointed that there was not any clear or specific information about what type of battery to use to power the clock outside. Have ordered a Lithium/Ion 12 volt rechargeable battery from Amazon, but am not sure it will be a good match up. More guidance from the seller would be highly desirable. Will test this clock out in the next week. If it doesn’t meet our expectations it will be going back to Amazon. It looks like it will be suitable for our needs, but we still need to put it through some “paces”.
