Can i buy this over-the-counter?

Yes. I saw Godiva chocolates at Barnes & Noble bookstore by the coffee section. Most retail stores will not carry Godiva chocolates in this specific box. You may find a super large mall a standalone Godiva shop, but those standalone stores are phasing out. Amazon had the best selection, price and freshness. Godiva is obviously a premium Belgium chocolates and special gift. Tip 1 - Your not supposed to eat the whole box in one setting. Tip 2 - Godiva is labeled as Belgium chocolates. Great tasting Chocolates, but not the same as Chocolates from Belgium.

Are they Gluten free?

Arrived melted!!

They arrive sealed, of course It was almost a year before anyone finally told me that these chocolates that I gave as Christmas gifts to 40 odd friends and neighbors were melted and uneditable.
