Had these for my mother she has to take them for the rest of her life she was so deficient in vitamin D these have proved to be good for her and they are so small easy to swallow.

Do a blood test!
The media could not be loaded. I did hours and hours of research on what vitamins and minerals to buy. I had atleast 5 different vitamins in my shopping basket until I went to the GP and did a blood test.My results came back and the GP said that I just needed vitmin D 1000-2000UI. That just saved me time, money and further stress.This product is great for value because you get 400 tablets which will supply you for over a year. I posted a video and pictures to show you how small the tablet is compared to a different product, this makes it alot easier to swallow. Also it tastes and smells fine.Hope this helps.

Great product, great price
I am ordering this for the second time as I’m happy with the product and the price. Tablets are really small and easy to swallow. Hubby has also started taking them after a blood test revealed his fatigue and poor sleep were down to low vit D, taking these ‘fixed’ him within 10 days.

I have to take vit d all the time really small easy to swallow tablets that do the job my blood tests alway come back as vit d is at a good level

Sorry but this is not good if you have diabetes. It put my blood sugar up.
