I always thought homemade pasta was too tricky for me to master. Well, now I've done it, and it's so easy. This pasta maker was easy to attach, and easy to use. There was virtually no cleanup as I used plenty of flour while loading the dough into the pasta maker. There are only two things I wish--that it had a third type of pasta between the flat noodles and the thin spaghetti, and that the directions that came with it were better organized and clearer. Take a look at the ingredients listed for the pasta. Just a bit of proofreading would have helped. I looked up pasta recipes online and used this one: 2 cups flour, 3 large eggs, 1/2 tsp. sea salt, 1/2 T extra virgin olive oi.

I’ve only used it once but it worked really well. Clean up was a little tricky, not being able to submerge it, but looking forward to making more pasta!

Works well but the instructions are translated from a different language and there are spelling mistakes galore. I used it to make the dough for perogies ,next I will try pasta.Please proof read before printing and including with attachment.

My only issue is that there are typo errors in the recipes in the user booklet. It was not a problem because I used another recipe for noodles in a cookbook that I halready have.

I have experience making pasta, both with hand-cranked past machines and ones that are accessories for stand mixers like this one. I'm very disappointed that this thing broke the first time I used it. Specifically, the pasta sheet roller mechanism failed. Rolling the first 1/4 of a batch of pasta dough went very well. The pasta cutters work fine as well. When I started to roll/thin the second batch, on its own, one of the rollers started moving from narrow to wide gaps and would not pull dough through. Attempts to adjust the rollers did nothing to change or stop the really peculiar failure. I believe an internal plastic gear/part of the machine simply gave out. The thing is now unusable and is being returned.

Received one day earlier than stated on order - nice! This was ordered as a gift for my daughter's birthday. I opened the box and it looks like the merchandise is in good condition. Thank you!

Novel idea to put three pasta Rollers/cutters in one compact package compatible with a Kitchen Aid stand mixer! Great price also and it works well.

Love it for making pasta but also use it to sheet cracker dough to get consistently thin, flat dough to divide for crackers.
