Lower back ache
I've only had this for a week but so far there has been a slight improvement in my back, hopefully I'll see a bigger improvement over time.

Flimsy and ineffective
Went to use the product and it just fell flat instead of providing any aid to my back and did the same thing with my younger sibling and it still buckled under their weight and fell flat. Get a foam roller or something round and solid as this does not work

Good buy
I had a terrible back ache which led me to buy this. I assembled, put it on the floor and lied on it, on my back. I heard 4 back cracks. I felt relief immediately. I recommend it.

Didn’t really work on me
I suffer from lower back pain and this didn’t really help. It’s a strong plastic and good quality but didn’t do as it was designed

Chiropractor recommends back stretcher
Lower back problems so this is a good piece of equipment to have. My Chiro happy with me using this. Only problem with this brand is that there are no instructions on how to use it. I wrote to the distributer who told me to watch Youtube videos! Most important piece of information is how to get off the stretcher
