Spigen Rugged Armor Designed for Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G Case (2020) - Matte Black

I got this for my Samsung s20fe 5g to replace one of the super cheap $5 cases on here. First impression was it fit great and made the phone feel much slimmer and ergonomic. It now fits much better in my pocket and as stupid as it sounds kind of filled that want for a new phone even though for what I do my phone is more than enough. For the less than $20 I spent I would call it a win.

My old case was looking bad so I upgraded to this case. It is thinner than my previous case and maybe not as protective but I am due for a new phone anyway. So far so good on the case. I have dropped my phone a couple of times and not had any damage. The case has a anti-slip finish and I am able to charge wireless without any issues.

Durable. This case lasted me for five years. Only the button finally gave out.Handled numerous drops without cracking the phone

Over the course of 3 years, I've dropped my phone about 3-5 times on hard tile, outside on pavement, and on my hardwood floor. The phone has been entirely protected each time. I also use a glass-style screen protector and it has a few micro-cracks after one particularly far drop (I fumbled my phone while going down stairs and it bounced from the step and directly out between the railing and landed all the way down to the tile floor below). The phone was perfectly fine; some tiny hair-line cracks on the protector screen (not the actual screen) and everything was good to go. So appreciative of the strength and reliability of this case.The back surface is grippy enough to not slip out of your hands, even if wet, and is suitable for attaching magnets, pop-sockets, and other accessories. There's sufficient room around the back camera lenses for stick-on lens covers, and there is a very nice amount of space around the charger port, which is very convenient since some chargers come with unnecessarily thick bases around the plug.Despite the impacts, no part of the case actually shows battle damage. I'm shocked how well constructed it is. I'm sure if you put this into your purse with some keys rattling around and scratching it every day, it'll show damage, but just carrying it in jean pockets every day and dropping it occasionally on both smooth and rough surfaces and the case will be totally fine.Overall, wonderful product. I know it's for an older model, so I appreciate that they still have some in stock.

Bought one on January 21, 2021.Worked flawlessly: Phone has been dropped a few times and nothing bad ever happened.And after 4 years, suddenly some of the plastics started breaking and falling apart.¿Perhaps its biodegradable plastics and now it is starting to decay into nothing?I don't know. But since the phone is still working fine, I just bought a new Spigen case, they are worth it!.
