Easy simple upgrade for lights
Lightweight, easy to install, still leaves a little space by the ceiling but I'll caulk around them. Looks much better than boring can lights in an old farmhouse living room. The recessed lights are Costco ones and the diameter hangs a little too far onto the medallions, but I don't care.

Worked great for frame wall
Bought this to paint and hang as part of a gallery wall. Turned out great! Using this saved me a bunch of money by not having to purchase frames. Lightweight and easy to hang. Just the right size for what I needed.

Replacement ring
We took down a spotlight and there was no way to access above the ceiling to make the hole smaller. I ordered this ring to put around the chandelier we were hanging. I painted the ring the same color as the rest of the new light. It took the paint nicely and looks great! Problem solved!

You will need to come up with a strategy to adhere the ring to the light ficture
These rings are reasonably light and very well made. Only downside is some frustration at coming up with a strategy to affix the ring to the recessed light fixture.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for
I’ve been searching for something that could dress up the base of my ceiling light and this is perfect. It fit exactly around a base the size of 4.7 inches with a little room for adjustment. It was very easy to install because the weight of it is really light yet durable.
