Let’s start with the most important part. Does this actually help with milk production? For me, yes. I notice I’m fuller after drinking this, so it functions as stated. It comes with 14 pouches which makes it a good value. Does exactly what I need it to.Now let’s talk taste. I have come to actually rather enjoy the flavor, but it’s very distinctive and takes some getting use to. I either mix it with water and my electrolyte powder or water flavored with kool-aid type of powder. For me, the effectiveness outweighed the flavor so I powered through the first few pouches and the shock of the taste. Even though the pouches aren’t that big, they pack a punch. But as I said already, eventually I started enjoying the flavor. Now I look forward to adding it to my drink.The pouches come preportioned and are easy to tear open. The texture is typical powder form and mixes well into room temp and even cold water. It’s a functional product and great for mamas who need a little help with production!

If you’re reading this, you are probably worried about your milk, and I’m so sorry. It’s so tough! I can’t tell you this is right for you, but I can tell you it was life changing for me. I was insanely stressed about my milk supply, I was barely making enough, and it was so volatile. I stressed about it every second of the day. I started drinking this along with eating the Munchkin lactation cookie bites and a fennel supplement and I started producing more than 3x as much. I now pump less and make more milk. Truly a miracle for me. They say to be careful about fenugreek so definitely consult your doctor. Best of luck fellow mama, no matter what, you got this!! (Oh and it tastes pretty good, not overly sweet and doesn’t have that stevia flavor, which I am not a fan of. Reminds me of a powdered ice tea my dad drank when I was a kid)

Originally, I hated this drink mix. I actually bought it & reviewed it negatively and genuinely hated it. I didn’t even plan on finishing the ones I had, but in order to not waste money & keep upping my milk supply I found a way to drink them. On their own, I really hated the fizzing feeling that it had. And the flavor was not for me! But I’ve been mixing it with Mio hydrate (different flavors and they’ve all been good) and have started to enjoy it and even bought a second box. The mio flavoring hides the flavor I didn’t care for and seems to dull the fizz. Over all, I do think it’s worth the price and it does seem to slightly help my milk supply for my little who wants to eat every hour.

I can tell a difference with pumping, I’ve been producing more since I started drinking these! They taste kinda weird and can definitely taste the vitamins, so I mix them with my body armor instead of water and they taste great! Highly suggest mixing them the body armor!

Was desperate to try anything to help boost milk supply. I came across these and read the positive reviews and decided to try it. Upon trying them as directed for 8 days, I didn’t notice a single increase in my milk supply. The flavor was also not the best. I ended up throwing the remaining away. I now produce more by not focusing on how much I am making and obsessing over it!

as a first time mom, 3 weeks postpartum, my supply suddenly plummeted and i couldn’t keep up with my baby. i drank one packet with a full glass of water, and two hours later i pumped my normal amount! i had been so stressed out and power pumping with no success, so this has been a miracle. taste is actually really yummy too! will be drinking one in the morning and one at night to up my supply. if you’re also stressed and struggling, i actually suggest trying this.

10/10 recommend.. I was unsure if the drink mix was actually working to up my supply or if it was just an extra boost to my drink but then I ran out and I was using another brand of milk boosting electrolyte powder and in two days my milk went from getting 4/5 oz a pump to about 2.. got the packets back and my milk went back to 4/5 oz within a day or two. I drink one or two a day mixed into 40 oz of water or club soda

As far as I can tell this drink mix does work. I think the flavor is nice and when you mix it with a full bottle of water, it’s fairly mild because it’s diluted. It dissolves fairly well, although you can tell the collagen sinks to the bottom so I usually will swirl it around a few times when I get towards the end of the drink.For the price, you really can’t beat it considering the cost of most other supplementsThe one thing I will mention is that the smell of the drink has seeped into my milk and now my baby and I both smell incredibly fruity!! It’s been driving me crazy trying to figure out the cause and I finally figured out it was the drink mix so I thought I would let other buyers know so they don’t go down the same rabbit hole!! Not sure if the flavor of the milk has changed, but my baby doesn’t seem to mind.
