It's everything you need.
The 1347 one works with my x555d and it has all the tools you'll need to install it. When going through the install process, many screws are different sizes, so set them aside in order, and don't just set them on your work area in order, then bash them into a problematic pile of confusion while taking the computer apart.

Battery became a "spicy pillow" within 10 days of use
Battery initially worked fine, but began to swell into a "spicy pillow" within 10 days of light use (I only charged it thrice). When I tried to remove it, the poor quality power connector fell apart leaving half of the connector in the socket. I've been working on my own laptops for around 6 years now, and have never had a battery fail like this before. DO NOT BUY

Revitalize your laptop with a new battery.
My laptop was suffering from slow startups, dim screens and short battery life. If your laptop or tablet is more than three years old (mine is a 4-year-old Acer), it may need a new battery. Go to Amazon- they have a huge selection of batteries. You do need to know the exact model of your machine. I had to remove 14 screws and undo 2 plugs and I had a new lithium ion battery installed. Try it; you can save yourself having to buy a new machine just by replacing the battery!

Reasonable price, works great!
My laptop tried to boot, but failed to do so. After removing the battery, with the power supply plugged in, the laptop would boot and run. The battery was the problem (also indicated by its very short and diminishing ability to power the laptop. This replacement fit well, and corrected the problem. Now I can use my laptop without having it plugged into a power supply again. At this price point, I'd even consider getting an extra to charge up and carry if you tend to use your machine away from a power outlet very often.
