Great and awesome looking water dispenser
I couldn't be happier with this water dispenser! From the moment I set it up, it’s been working flawlessly. It was easy to assemble, looks sleek in my office, and doesn’t take up too much space. The hot and cold water functions work perfectly—the cold water is refreshingly cool, and the hot water is ideal for tea or instant meals. It’s also surprisingly quiet compared to other models I’ve used in the past, which is a huge bonus.Refilling is simple, and the water flow is steady and strong. I also appreciate the safety lock on the hot water tap—great feature for families with kids.If you're looking for a reliable, no-hassle water dispenser, this one is a fantastic choice. Highly recommend!

LEAKING - BRIO TOP LOADING WATER DISPENSER
We bought this Brio Top Loading water dispenser due to favorable reviews and there were some negative reviews about leaking.I took a chance and give this company a try.One morning, I noticed that was a puddle of water, good thing we purchased a liner and this prevented from damaging our wood floors.I messaged Brio customer service which were very responsive and sent me a replacement was great.A week later, replacement unit start leaking as well. It looks like water was coming from inside.I message Brio again with attached Photos. They sent me second replacement. This replacement started leaking again after 2 weeks. At this point, I’m disappointed and frustrated. I message Brio. Something wrong with this unit and appears to be defective. They had me trying to figure out where is the water leaks coming from and I just said it’s leaking. I would have to take it apart in order to figure it out.So a third replacement was sent and after a couple of days , what do you know started leaking again. This time from the top, water coming out from top is hot.I messaged Brio again. This particular unit is defective. I had three replacement and the old failed. Leak all over the place.Brio customer service usually responds right away and now nothing. I need Brio to stand behind their product. At this point are there a different model or a refund is satisfactory

Damaged front - needs better packaging
I’m actually pretty happy with this water cooler although when it first arrived, I couldn’t help but notice a big dent in the front panel. That said, I barely notice it now and it hasn’t affected the performance of the unit at all.The water cools quite quickly, I’d say within 15-30 minutes it’s quite chilled so I usually set a wifi plug to go on automatically around noon when I drink cold water or use it with my Ninja Thirsti. The buttons are big and easy to depress. I don’t use the hot water tap and haven’t switched that on. The water flow is pretty fast and accurate into a cup or bottle.

"Room temperature" and "Cold" temps are the same/similar
I am overall happy with this unit, but I am frustrated by the fact that it is not operating as advertised. The description on Amazon and even the manual makes very clear to use language of 'Room temperature' as one of the dispense options.I don't know about you - but to me, 'Room temperature' suggests that the water temperature is not chilled or warmed in any way. I would hope that the plumbing for this option is literally directly from the water reservoir independent of any cooling/heating.Unfortunately, it seems as though the 'Room temperature' is actually 'chilled'. This is not what I wanted.I have contacted Brio support to see what they have to say. Unsure if this is just deceptive advertising or a defect. For now, I have to mix the 'Room temperature' with a little 'Hot' water to get it to the desired temp. I will come back and update this review if there is a resolution.Other than this - the unit is great. It is very quiet and I like that I just have to switch on hot/cold and it will automatically cool/heat water for the 'Cold' and 'Hot' spouts. If I cannot get this 'Room temperature' issue resolved, I will likely return it.** UPDATE 5/7/2022 **Received a digital thermometer to measure the temperature of the waterAmbient room temp: 75 FWater temps from water cooler:Hot: 165 FRoom Temperature: 56 FCold 51 FClearly, the 'Room temperature' water is actually chilled. Will update again after I have talked to their support team.** UPDATE 6/15/2022 **Attempted to call support - was unsuccessful in reaching a support rep. Just a loop of receptionist -> rining -> we are busy now -> ringing -> receptionist.Support team communication via email was not as prompt as I would have liked - a few days delay for each response. They did however attempt to resolve by 'resetting' the unit turning it off and on - which did not resolve the issue. After a few emails back and forth, I decided I am not confident there is a solution that would yield a different result. I can't help but feel this is a design issue and not a defect. Perhaps the 'chilled' chamber is too close to the 'room temperature' plumbing and it ends up cooling the water?? Not sure.In the end, I returned it to get another brand.I would not recommend this item if you are looking for a unit that dispenses room temperature water.

So far so good
I only just received the unit to replace my rental from Ready Refresh after the rental price went to about $15 a month. I finally said enough. The unit seems well built and was easy to set up. I don't use the hot water feature so I have not turned that switch on. I only use the cold water feature. It doesn't get frigid but I normally use water bottles which I store in the fridge after filling them. But the water is cold enough to drink after filling a bottle. My only real complaint is the water outlets are pretty short and you have to be careful about getting a water bottle directly under it. And the shelf to rest a glass or something on is pretty high/close to the water and it's hard to fit a larger water bottle on the shelf. But so far so good.
