Action and tone are very good, great feature - recommend!
This is a really nice electric piano with some really fun and useful features and I would certainly recommend, especially for the price.TL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.Assembly:It took no time at all to assemble, I think I spent 20 mins doing it myself. You can do it as one person fairly easily, but when attaching the top keyboard part to the stand it is helpful to have another person so you can line it up easier and not scratch the finish. As an adult man, it was manageable to lift the keyboard part but it was definitely heavy.Tone:Tone is pretty great overall; the speakers sound like good quality. It sounds good plugged in to headphones and midi recording into GarageBand sounded great too. I’m not a huge fan of the different “voicings” on any electric piano, but these ones seemed fine. The electric piano setting was pretty good - I did notice when you selected the “rock organ” setting, it was significantly louder, without moving the volume dial. Some good options for reverb and note transposing as well which are nice.Quality:This is a good heavy piano and the quality seems really good with a couple exceptions (they may be just issues with my particular piano, but just FYI).1) a few of the “C” keys will stay depressed if you press very hard. I don’t ever play with that much force so is not an issue for me. 2) The volume dial is extremely wobbly/loose-feeling. It’s not a component that should get a tone of wear, but even so I have a hard time seeing it as being really durable for long term. 3) I received in great condition, but there is a “crack” in the Donner logo on the music stand (see picture). Not a huge deal but a bit of an eye sore.Features:This is where this piano shines (in addition to the great tone and action); to get many of the following really cool features/functions you typically spend much more. Some key features (* means it’s one of my favorite features)-“teacher mode” split keyboard for duplicate tones-Bluetooth MIDI connection (for recording into music program)**-Nice reverb options*-Various keyboard voicings (piano, strings, organ, etc.)-Auto-off function after 30 minutes of inactivity-Transposing notesTL;DR: Action and tone are very good; assembly is simple as can be; features are exceptional; volume button very weak/wobbly; no bench included. Overall would highly recommend.

Affordable and High Quality
I was on the fence with buying a used piano for my kids to learn but this digital piano was found during Black Friday and was amazing quality for the price. I would like to add that the usual price is fair for the high quality and ease to assemble. It’s beautiful and worth every penny. It was shipped quickly and came in perfect shape. It was almost completely assembled. I was able to put it together very quickly and it comes with spare parts. The sound is beautiful and the weighted keys made this feel like a regular piano. It is comforting to know we don’t have to tune this piano as well because it is digital - and as the kids learn, they can plug in earphones and we don’t have to hear the playing. Highly recommend this product and company. It surpassed my expectations.

Great keyboard
Everything works perfectly. The grand piano really sounds like a piano. Keys are a very nice weight. Love the headphone and record features. Very sleek looking.

A Great Value
I changed my original 3 star rating to 4. Let me share the pros and cons. Then I'll explain why I changed my rating.PROS:1. Aesthetically, for the price point, it's a beautiful piano. It's black with a very subtle dark red finish. This is easily a lovely piece of furniture for any living room.2. It's easy to assemble, although ideally, you need two people because it weighs about 99 pounds.3. All the keys, button functions, sliding cover, and book stand are in perfect working order. The piano has several features such as multiple voices (grand piano, electric piano, strings, etc.), Bluetooth MIDI function, and a headphone jack. The pedals feel right when I test it but I didn't plug it in so I don't know if it works properly.4. The price point is really good for what you get.5. The keys are full size, weighted and sensitive to touch. The softer you hit the key, the softer the sound. The harder you hit the key, the louder the sound. Just like the keys of a traditional acoustic piano.6. The overall tone is good and the speakers adequate.7. Great customer service. You have to contact the Amazon seller, DonnerDirect for assistance, not Donner Deal. The seller is quick to respond to your email and make concerted efforts to help resolve your problem.8. Return shipping is free (for Prime members) with an option for UPS to pick up the package from your door.CONS:1. The pedal cord did not fit into the pedal outlet. The seller sent me a video on how to plug in the pedal cord. Only problem is the pedal outlet featured in the video is normal. As you can see from the picture, the pedal outlet has a big metal piece inside that's blocking the cord from being plugged in. I couldn't plug in the pedal and not able to use it.2. The keys seem a bit stiff. I am an intermediate player who's been playing the piano for past 30 years. I grew up playing a traditional piano, but in the last 8 years or so, I've been playing a non-weighted Casio keyboard. I do have friends and family who have either a traditional or weighted digital piano. So when I visit, I occasionally play their piano. The keys on the DDP 300 do feel a bit stiff in comparison. But then again, it could just be my recollection of how weighted keys are supposed to feel. The reason I changed my rating is because I've communicated with Donner Direct to resolve the pedal outlet issue. I've come to understand that this is simply an isolated incident and the seller has been more than willing to work with me to resolve the issue, offering to send me a replacement and assuring me they are doing everything they can for quality control of their products. I am so impressed with their customer service - truly one of the best I've ever dealt with.Based on my extensive research of electric pianos in this price range, I believe Donner produces good quality digital pianos that the average consumer can afford. It would be unfair to compare this to expensive, high-end piano brands. This piano is good for the price pont. I recommend you try it out. If there is an isolated issue with it, you can trust their customer service to rectify the situation. Or, you can return it free of charge (for Prime members). You have nothing to lose.
