Compatible with MS Teams (provided Skype is disabled)
To use this device:Install Plantronics Hub application in your laptop to tweak settings of this device. Upgrade to latest software version. Explore different settings and change them according to your need. You can also switch off the 'mute on/off' voice via application.Note: The product image is bit misleading. There is no Teams icon on the device I received. However, it is very much compatible with Microsoft Teams provided Skype is disabled by your organization. If you have both Skype and Teams due to limitation at Microsoft's end this device will pair with Skype by default. As I only have Teams in my system...I can pick up and end calls directly through calling button in this device. My husband who has both Skype and Teams is unable to do so (has to use call button within Teams application instead).Pros:SleekNice build qualitySound qualityCompatible with MS Teams (provided Skype is disabled)Cons:Does not have BluetoothThe seller was extremely supportive in answering all my product queries in timely manner. Though I was initially worried that product is faulty...eventually realized that it is Skype which is causing trouble not the product in itself. If Bluetooth is not a deal breaker for you go for this device instead of Jabra 510 MS. Jabra is overpriced for the features it offers. I own this model of Jabra and didn't notice any significant difference between sound quality of P3200 Vs. 510MS. Jabra feels a bit softer on ears. If you wish to buy Jabra...use corporate website for better discounts.Speaker Vs. Headphones:- speakers are easy on ears even with prolonged usage given wfh and incessant office calls- If you suffer from sinusitis, migrane etc. trust me speaker is a big relief. My episodes of headache have reduced significantly.- Speaker helps me zone out during those useless conference callsIn a nutshell great investment.

Good device if you are on calls long
Good device to have if you are on calls long. Works with Teams seamlessly. But if you are in a noisy environment then not the best background noise cancellation but guess the product is for meeting rooms to catch far field sound.

Excellent Product
Sound quality is good. The microphone is very clear and noise-cancelling is also very good.Recommended product for people working from home and have to take long calls.I have 3 laptops at home, 2 work laptops and 1 personal laptop. It worked only on 1 work laptops. On the other laptops, the sound output was too low to listen to anything.Reached out to Polly Support, and they were prompt to response, The issue was with the Intel chipset and disabling one of the device fixed the problem.

Audio quality
Pro: Speaker works like plug and play. Audio quality is great. Microsoft Teams detects the device easily.Cons: First time the speaker alert on Mute on and Off was noisy and disturbing. I keep mic muted most of the time and only unmute while i talk. every time mute and unmute i don't need speaker to make a audio alert.I downloaded the hub software and turned off the alerting option. Now the speaker is no longer making those alerts.Writing update on this review and reducing the stars. After using the speaker for few days. the volume control for this speaker is really poor. It is too high volume. or it goes to zero. Even if i give little sound the volume gradually increases and becomes unbearable volume.

Does the job perfectly
I hesitantly bought this due to its price, but thanks to my employer who reimbursed it. As WFH is never ending it becomes too stressful to stay on headphone for long duration if you are someone who has to attend call for considerable amount of time in a day, then this perfectly matches your requirement.Pros: Mic quality is very good, I had recommended this to my colleague who eventually bought it, when we both are on call with same device we both can hear each other clearly matching to expensive conference room speakers at the office. Speaker quality is also very good.Cons: This is a conference speaker so this not a best option if you are planning to play music on it and expect quality of sound speakers of similar price. Also conference speaker mic is expected to cover the wide range of room, so it will best suite if you have a separate room. If you are planning to keep this in living hall or if you sharing the room with someone else then this is a bad idea.Overall just go for it if you truly want a conference speaker and want to use for official or educational purpose.

Speaker stopped working after 4 days of usage
The product worked fantastically well for the first 4 days. People at the other hand of my video conferences said they could hear me perfectly well. The speaker was also clear and more than loud enough for my meetings. But on the 5th day morning, the speaker sound dropped abruptly as I attended my first meeting of the day. Tried all possible troubleshooting steps I could think of but to no avail. So, it practically became useless.I had a high regard for Plantronics products since the time I purchased their ‘Voyager Legend Bluetooth Headset’ 7 years ago. I still have it with me and it still works fine.Based on the past experience, I purchased ‘BackBeat Pro 5100 True Wireless Earbuds’ 4 years ago and within a week they stopped pairing with my phone. Plantronics support team earnestly tried to fix it for 3 or 4 days and eventually suggested me to return the product as the Amazon return window was still open.Because of that experience, this time I have opted to return ‘Calisto P3200 USB-A’—when the Amazon CC executive also suggested to do so—instead of contacting the Poly (earlier Plantronics) support team. The required to engage with the support team is taxing considering the already occupied work schedule. Not happy to return it as I loved it until the time it worked.

Performs better than I expected - Mic quality
I spend 80% of my work day on the phone - and after 13 months of working from home - if I had to spend another day with my Sony earphones in my ear I was going to lose it - but luckily one of my colleagues recommended the Polycom he was using as an alternative.Ease of Use - for me it was 100% plug and play. My HP laptop runs Window 10 for Enterprise. I plugged it into a free USB on my laptop and outside of going to setup to select the Polycom as my default for sound and microphone, it was ready to use.Sound Quality - I have low grade hearing loss and crisp sound that I can control with ease using my PC's volume control is a must. It also helps that several of my colleagues whom I converse with daily are also now using this Polycom in their home.Microphone Quality - as a few of us are using this device - we have been able to qualify the quality of pickup of our speaking voice. And hands down it is excellent. The previous microphones (Sony, Bose, etc.) that all of used would pickup the subtle clack, clack, clack from our keyboards as we took notes - and would amplify the noise back to the rest of us on call which proved very distracting. With the Polycom - I hear now only a very subtle clack every so often when someone is punctuating a key - but otherwise none of us is hearing it any more - and our voices are so much clearer. Additionally my home desk sits only 2 feet from my portable Air Conditioner - which also proved to be distracting for my colleagues - which again - the Polycom appears to filter out.All I can say is that I wish I had purchased this Polycom a year ago!

Good home office conference option
Spending a lot more time at home on meetings now, I got tired of wearing headphones constantly. This is a convenient device, needing only a USB-A or USB-C connection depending on the model - not additional power plug needed. With the driver software from Plantronics, control and automations are available on a Mac desktop (and I assume Windows). The device itself has a mute button, and an LED light ring to brightly show when you are muted.I have seen some comments about the difficulty of volume control. This thing leans towards loud, and appears to adjust volume automatically against the volume setting on the computer. As a device geared towards voice conversations this makes it not very useful as a music speaker, but instead makes most voice calls very clear. Volume control is best done with the volume button on the unit itself, not in software. I don't consider this a fault as this is not a music device, but a conversation tool.
