Pretty cheap in comparison to other chalks is very quick to put on and dries pretty quick and gives pretty decent grip in general

I completed my lift and others on chest day and barely had to reapply. A tiny bit goes a long way. I was a little concerned thinking I'd have to wash it off as soon as it dried but I didn't even notice it was on my hand. I hate the feeling of dry hands but not with this. Quite surprised. Imma get the 250 mls to refill 😁

I use it in the gym for deadlifts and pull ups. It helps grip and drys quickly.Good for heavy dumbell lifts like chest press too. Light weight and slips easily into my gym bag, it's really made a difference to my grip strength, especially on hot days in summer.

Very pleased with it, we use it before Ringing Church Bells. We seem to be able to grip the Ropes better.
