Great monitor for office and home office settings
I was a little hesitant to purchase this monitor after reading a fairly high number of critical reviews about dead pixels, excessive backlight bleed, quality control concerns and so on. But I've happily used Dell Ultrasharp monitors for about 20 years, so I figured I would go ahead and take a chance. I should say that I'm not using this for gaming. It's strictly for a home office PC. I needed a 27-inch monitor with a good, sharp image with good color that is also highly adjustable. That's what this monitor delivers and I couldn't be more pleased. It also has a nice, small footprint and looks great.I would say don't be scared off by some of the bad reviews, as long as you are not intending it for something like gaming. Those with a negative experience are probably more motivated to speak up than those with a positive experience who often choose to remain silent because they have nothing to complain about regarding their purchase. So the overall ratio of negative ratings to positives is likely skewed. In my experience, this is a good quality monitor that is excellent for office usage.

Great match for M1Mac Air
Great match for 2020 M1 Mac Air. Love RJ45 network connection. I don’t game so no comment there. Good number of both USB A and C ports.

Do not recommend
The media could not be loaded. Worked fine for a few months. But lately The screen has been flashing all these colors. I have not clue how to fix it. It’s connected to my work laptop via usb c.I would not recommend this product!Update: Feb 2023I contacted Dell and they shipped me a replacement(newer model). I would now recommend this product.

Burn In
Experiencing burn in for any deep black colors. Any time you run MacOS in dark mode, the scroll bar which is black gets burnt into the monitor in a greenish color. Split view leaves a large green stripe smack in the middle of the screen.Product also came damaged in the bottom right of the screen but Dell customer service is so bad that I decided to just keep it.

Warranty for Monitor from seller refused to provide Info from Dell.
Seller would not supply info needed to allow Dell warranty to be transferred, nor did they provide install CD. The USB-C cable seems to be shorting out, so I called Dell that's why I seller to provide order number so dell would warrant my cable. Seller replied that the warranty would go through them. Want to cancel & return monitor but at cost to me which is way to much since it's going to Canada. I will never order any item again unless its straight through Amazon Prime.

It is light and thin monitor
No inbuilt speakers, it is 2K resolution and expensive..not worth it.
