I do t have Amazon Prime but my item arrived the day after ordering. I liked that I was sent a security code to give to the delivery driver. The vacuum was very well packaged. It was easy to set up and although I’ve only used it a couple of times, I’m very pleased with my purchase

Good for the price. Not a replacement for proper manual cleaning but helps with the day to day cleaning up after the kids. Effective on wood floors. Struggles to "go home" sometimes. Struggles with tougher grime. Mapping a bit iffy sometimes. But it is the "budget" model. I like a lot. Generally pretty reliable.

It manages reasonably well but suction a bit weak

Really disappointing to be writing this. Having had a few cheaper robot vacuums from Eufy, Ziglint, Bagotte etc, we thought we'd take the plunge and buy one from the big brand, assuming that performance would be even better. How wrong we were.The 692 consistently had problems returning to its dock, so we had to manually place it back on the dock to recharge.It would stop in a random place in another room for which we'd started it, when using it on another storey of the house, making it difficult to locate to bring back to charge. The cheaper robovacs that we've had have all had a level of built in mapping that means this problem was avoided.The noise was much, much louder than expected. Perhaps partly due to good suction, I can't deny that it did a good job of cleaning - however there is no chance you could set this to run at night without waking the whole house up. The whirring from the suction was constant (even when not cleaning and attempting to return to base), there are unnecessary beeps as it finishes jobs, and it's low ability to navigate meant that it was constantly banging into furniture, doors etc.The app is very very basic, allowing you to set a schedule and little else.This went back to Amazon within a few days for a refund as it's really not fit for purpose at that price point.The last problem we found was that it was about 20mm taller than most other robovacs, so couldn't clean under our sofa at all.Overall, really disappointing to be giving it a low review - save your money and buy a different brand.

Very good job, easy to start

We have a large open plan area with wood floors, we also have 3 cats and 2 kids so their is always cat hair or crisps landing on the floor. "Franken Cleaner" (as our kids have named it, goes out every morningand does a good job of keeping the area clean and tidy. We have to move dining chairs etc to make it easier for him to get everywhere but worth the 2 mins. I would highly recommend.

It's truly dumb and moves randomly. So random that some areas didn't get cleaned. We ultimately opted for the Eufy G30. This has slightly worse suction, but we thought it was much better. At the same price it maps the floor and covers each area twice, leaving great straight lines on the carpet.The Roomba isn't a bad choice and if you really don't mind the completely random nature of the product and lack of smarts, then it's fine.

have been using this iRonot vac for 3 weeks now and so far it has been perfect . It really does hoover up well . Rubber tyres are grippy and it fairly climbs over rug edges . The spinner tends to clog but one screw loosens it so you can removeit and you can easily clean the shaft the whizzed is on . So far a perfect piece of kit 👍
