Q: Hi, does this product prevent chalk sticking to the shaft directly under the ferrule when playing? Pro's cues always look clean, wonder how it's done?

The reason pro’s keep their shafts clean is because they chalk their tip properly. Basically once the inner hike gets too deep you start chalking the wood which is BAD!! Throw your chalk away more regularly or grind it down when the hole starts to get deep! Hope this helps!

Q: Can you use it on snooker balls

Hiya Its not designed for snooker balls, I would recommend a ball cleaner such as "Pro Ball Shine"

Q: I have a bit of stubble on my chin, and using an ash cue it always catches as i'm down on my shot. Do you think this would eradicate that?

Hi Matt The stubble usually catches on the grain of the cue, especially if its an ash shaft. If the cue is older, or has had abrasives used on it, this can cause it to dry out and the minute cracks in the grain to "open". An application of Lynch's Balm will certainly help to "smooth" these cracks, and will definitely help and reduce the stubble grab issue. To what extent is basically down to how bad the grain is, and sometimes the only long term solution is to have the shaft grain-filled.
