Good value for the price, easy to take and they taste great! Only one a day is needed and my child feels like they're eating a sour candy because of the texture of the gummy.

I loved being able to toss two gummies in my mouth to chew. Yes, at the heart of them, they are medicine and still retain that taste. But the outside is sweet enough to make it worth it.Good for all ages. Follow your doctor's suggestion on dosage, as it actually IS possible to take too much. Unless one is taking over 10 per day, these are low enough in dosage to probably not have severe repercussions. Again, check with your doctor to make sure you are taking the amount your own body needs.
