10/10 would recommend. The device is simple and just works. But the govee app makes it a fine product, whomever made it props to you.Ability to see the graphs and history of temps and humidity. Annnnnnd export that data to play around if you're a nerd. Solid 5 star.

I have eight of these throughout my house, in my garage, and in the attic of my two-story house. Here are my thoughts:What I like:- Inexpensive.- Reliable. I bought my first pair of these in June, 2021. I haven't had a single issue with any of them over the four years.- Small and unobtrusive. I don't need to view these directly, so I don't need a large display with a backlight (which these don't have).- Accurate within a degree here or there. I'm not living in a nuclear reactor, so I don't need incredible precision. It doesn't matter to me that my attic temp is 130 degrees when these thermometers read 131.- It's easy to scroll left and right when viewing temp data over time.- Zero issues in my hot Central Texas attic. Temps in there can soar to over 130 degrees, but the attic thermometer has performed like a champ.What's "meh":- Refreshing the data on the app sometimes fails to connect, so I have to refresh multiple times to track temps. It's not a huge deal, and I have never failed completely to refresh, but I wish this were easier. That being said, your phone might have better Bluetooth than my iPhone 13.What I don't like:- There's a foldable stand and a hanging hole on the back, but no magnet for mounting. I would like to hang one directly on the side of a metal shelving unit in my garage, but instead have to stand it on a shelf.I haven't bothered to try downloading data from the app. Not a concern for me.

I have other indoor Bluetooth temperature/humidity sensors with identical specifications, but for all of them I need to open the app to see any history data. I bought these units specifically for the Max/Min display feature, so I can see it without opening an app.The Max/Min values can be cleared by doing a long-press of the C/F button on top, or by momentarily removing the battery, though I wish the app could do this as well.Having the C/F unit selection button on the top is convenient beyond resetting the Max/Min values, as it lets me quickly check the temperature in both scales, which I've found to be surprisingly useful, as it removes the need to do the conversion manually (or fumble with the button on the back of my other units).One thing I absolutely LOVE about the app is that it does not require an account to use. Full local functionality is provided, with a login needed only for remote features, which I haven't needed. I wish more manufacturers did this!The battery life is excellent (over 6 months for alkaline AAA). The Bluetooth range is great (over 30 ft.). The display is sharp and informative. The physical design is functional and attractive. The rear kickstand works well. The battery is easy to replace.What's not to love?

After insulating my garage, I wanted to monitor the temperature more accurately, so I decided to try out these Govee Thermometers. The setup was simple, and I really appreciate the large, easy-to-read LCD display and the overall accuracy of the readings they’ve helped me keep track of how well the insulation is performing.That said, the Bluetooth connection range has been a bit disappointing. From inside my house, just two rooms away well under the advertised 196 ft range the signal often drops or becomes unreachable. It's not a dealbreaker, but it does limit the convenience a bit.Overall, I’m still happy with the purchase for the price and performance. I might eventually upgrade to the WiFi version to get more reliable remote access, especially if I decide to expand monitoring to other areas.

Was looking for hygrometers for a few rooms in our basements. We saw this 3-pack at a decent price with the bonus of the Bluetooth, saving us running downstairs to check on it all the time. Happy to report the devices all work as promised!Set up was easy: put in batteries (which were included) and it works right then. If that's all you want, then you're good to go! But if you want to use the Bluetooth reporting feature, you just need to download the Govee Home app and enable your device's Bluetooth. I don't think an account is needed but I created one because I wanted my wife's phone to be able to see the readings too.Once you're in the app, it will detect the hygrometer or you can just search for the model number (on the back of the device) to add it. Took another 10 seconds and we were up and running! I got a 3-pack, so I inserted the batteries to turn them on one by one so I can name each one. I then used a label maker to know which one is which.HUGE bonus to the app since I just log into my new Govee account on my wife's phone and all 3 of the hygrometers showed up! No additional steps or actions needed! Shoutout to the dev team for making the app user-friendly!

Excellent little device. Accuracy is as good (or better) than other more expensive units I have tried. Sync with the app is excellent. Nice that it uses standard batteries too. I also like that it has an easy setting to adjust the temperature and humidity up or down slightly if you do find a calibration issue (not a problem for me, but thoughtful design). The only bit that is a little odd is downloading the data (you have to have the app email it to you rather than just linking directly from the device).

These are excellent and very accurate. I will say I did NOT use the bluetooth and app functions on them. In fact if I could have ordered a pair that did not even offer this so called feature, I would have.Regardless, they are working exactly as I needed, and I am pleased with them so far.
