Just received this item works right out of the box once you put the 2 AAA batteries that they provided which is a nice plus. The batteries should last long since it seems by the build that it should not take much power to run. Put it next to a thermostat and it's close, but I think it is my thermostat that is off by a few degrees. I will be using this to monitor a couple of rooms that gets humid to help keep the humidity down. It is light and looks well built. Small and portable. It did not come with a magnet on the back, but I bought the H5075 model. I do not know at this time about the connectivity, but it does seem as it is on point for the humidity reading.

This is the coolest little gadget. I use it for my small greenhouse in my yard, and I needed to track the temperatures for my young plants. I loved how I could track it all day. I loved how I didn't have to go outside for it to update when I opened the app. My greenhouse wasn't too far from my house, but you never know with the distance with Bluetooth. The app is easy to use, and you can add other products of theirs too.

It took all of a couple of minutes to have it up and running. I have other products from Govee so I already had the app and connecting was fast and easy. The display is easy to read and I like the fact that I can easily check the temperature and humidity from my phone. If it is made as well as the products I it should hold up well, time will tell.

Seems to work very well for the money, the accuracy seems to be fine as it's quite close to another thermometer i've been using, with an external probe. Humidity reading seems fine too. Good value for the money as long as the battery life holds up.negatives:I do wish i had a backlight function though. but what can you do?Also the plastic kickstand might be the cheapest little thing ever. I'd suggest not opening and and closing it too often, probably won't stand much abuse before something snaps off.Finally, the app requires you turn on your location, even if you're right in the same room as the device? Genuinely garbage to have that as a hard requirement. I don't want my location services turned on my phone unless I NEED to, and this doesn't NEED it at all. Luckily, the app seems to function alright, i just haven't used it much because of that requirement. Took 1 star for that, might take another if the app ends up being annoying to use.

Arrived on time and in perfect condition. It is extremely accurate. The display is very easy to read. I purchased as an aid for my egg incubator so I could keep an eye on uneven or problem areas. So far everything is working perfectly. I highly recommend this product.

we got this for our toddlers room to make sure he wasn’t getting too hot or too cold at night and it has been amazing! it connects to a app on your phone via bluetooth so i can check it without going into the room. it has been a huge help! easy to set up, came with batteries, and the app is very user friendly!

I love these..they are accurate and I can set notifications to let me know if there is a drop or a risk in both temp and humidity. I use these in my incubators and they have been super helpful. I think I have purchased 4 or more of these so far. I highly recommend.

I placed one of these devices in our greenhouse to monitor the temperature. I noticed that I was getting some really extreme temperature readings that seemed way too high (117 degrees) when it was clearly not that hot. I did a little research and discovered there is a way to adjust (calibrate) the device if needed. I purchased two regular thermometers (different brands) to see what temperature readings I got from them for comparison. At temperatures below 60 degrees all three thermometers provided very similar results. However, above 60 degrees this device began to show higher temperatures than the other thermometers. I attempted to calibrate the thermometer but it only allows you to adjust the temperature 5 degrees which was not enough to bring it in line with the readings I was getting from the other thermometers. I requested an exchange which Amazon approved (thank you). Unfortunately, when the replacement device arrived it also shows temperatures that are not in alignment with the other two thermometers which are sitting right next to this device. I’m not sure what’s going on, but since I’m actually focused on temperatures at the lower end of the scale, I’m reluctantly going to keep this device. The Bluetooth connection was easy to set up and works fine. The app is okay too, so there are pros and cons. If you’re concerned about getting accurate temperatures above 60 degrees my experience suggests this is not the right device for that purpose.
