OK first and foremost I need to say it is an excellent quality tank top in terms of its manufacturing look style and fit. I am 5 foot 10, 180 pounds but I have a belly, so when I put this on it fits good and it looks good. I’m not an upper body, heavy man in terms of muscle, but I look very good for big fin, so if you buy this tank top with the intentions of taking off your shirt and showing that off absolutely 100%, but if you’re going to use it and wash it and dry it, I recommend this. The way I use this tank top to get the full value look and feel of this tank top, which is why I bought it. Number one want to use this for a full day put lukewarm water inside of a pot, your standard pot for making rice and put a little bit of soap put your hand inside and shake it up so the water and the soap gets bubbly. Number to throw the tank top inside and gently squeeze and extend squeeze and extend not hard like a savage but calm and gentle like if you’re squeezing a balloon that’s lightly inflated. Number three throw that water out you’re going to see a little bit of black, and that is OK , because it’s just normal dye because it was brand new material that was getting died and they got your house. Number three once that pot has all the soap out, put some more fresh water in there distilled or clean whatever you wanna call it squeeze it a few times to get that last bit of soap out and then pour it out. Put it out nice and even if you have a warm something anything if you’re drying regular clothes inside of your house or at the laundromat lay one tank top out flat on top of it so I guess that sheet that’s coming from the external machines so I can dry up a little bit of that water, but make sure you’re squeezing it and getting all the water out and then flatten it out with your hand pat dry and then let it shrink naturally at this tank top is good to go!
