Small capsules with pleasant coconut smell
The capsules are small and has yummy coconut small, so easy to take.The capsules tend to stick together forming a ball, so I need to shake the bottle to separate them each time.Not sure of the effects after taking them for a month. I'm taking them upon my doctor's recommendation to combat sciatic pain.
