First of all, When I received my desktop I immediately ran into an issue, the power cable included was not compatible with the PSU so I wouldn't have been able to power on and set up my machine(however thankfully I was somewhere that had a spare cable that fits the PSU). Also I did not receive the Bluetooth dongle advertised on the listingNow onto what I have to say about the desktop.This is the first computer I've bought for myself and I have to admit that this was one of if not the best options I could've went for.Lots of RAMDecent CPUA good amount of StorageEasy to set upFast boot timeAbout 5-6 months later I have had no issues with this desktop and it's just been a great machine to use, I also installed a 2gb graphics card which was extremely easy to install. The only other issue that I would include is that the Wi-Fi dongle included is pretty bad and makes your connection very inconsistent.Overall I would say its just a great purchase and worth the price

Arrived on time and worked right out of the box. The machine was nicely packed for shipment.The machine was very clean and the case looked brand new. I did not have any difficulty setting up Windows or connecting all my peripherals. Internally, all cables were nicely tied and the drive expansion cable had enough slack to easily install my old hard drive into this machine. I am thrilled that everything just worked when powered on :).

Let's start with the positive side: This is a good PC for the money. The SSD is fast and the PC is quiet. It has 2 display ports and with some extension cables for $ 9 a piece, my HDMI monitor and DVI drawing monitor connect perfectly. Make sure to update to the latest win10 version once you're settled in.Now on the downside: There was no power cord in the box. Luckily I had one laying around so that saved me a trip. No wifi [adapter]. I connected with an ethernet cable so no biggy there, but don't advertise it.Overall a good buy.

When I hooked up this computer, there was no video output. Monitor is working flawlessly with my other computers. Had to wait a week for a defective product. Do not buy from this seller. Now I' going to have to wait for a week for my refund andif I decide to order another it will take another week to get here, so maybe in 2-3 weeks I will be able to acquire a useable machine. A totally unsatisfactory experience all the way around.

I did a lot of research into different refurbished PC's and even used ones. Performance to dollar, the specs on this PC were the best I could find, as long as everything arrived as described.The package arrived on time, in great condition. The computer was kept safe inside an antistatic bag, suspended in Styrofoam. Like other reviews stated, the wifi card was installed during delivery, but mine came undamaged. The computer booted up with only one slight hitch, a Pink Screen error that fixed itself on restarting.It connected to the wifi just fine, and I was able install all my apps.So far I've only played minecraft, with an impressive 164 mods and no lag. When I need to, I'll upgrade the PSU and add a GPU, likely a 1660ti. The processor can be upgraded to a i7 6700.All in all, very happy with my purchase.

This is a good refurbished for the money but mine has dents and scratches exceeding described condition. Set up is pretty simple but there's no phone jack to use windows fax utility, I found a device on amazon to use one through a usb. The windows 10 installed seems to have bugs like sign on screen won't open after hitting a key, had to restart for that issue a few times . Pages not displaying correctly too, refreshing corrects that but I had no issues like this with my last Lenovo machine. Adding on my hard drive out of my old comp would have been easy but the wiring was a bit too short so I had to let the drive lay on the case bottom.

Great little PC and good for most people, not for gamers it has lots of memory and a fast SSD hard drive, its refurbished so that makes it cheaper but its brand name and quiet. The monitor adapter was not in the box, so make sure you get a display port adapter if needed. Wire Ethernet cable directly for best results

Update - missing parts shipped by vendor. They contacted me and made things right!I bought this to use as an offline storage device so the missing parts are not a deal breaker but the price should be reduced if you are not going to get what is on the listing. First one foot is missing which causes the tower to wobble if you touch it. When I opened the keyboard box there was no mouse, only a keyboard that was suitable for the trash. There was no WiFi adapter to be found. Lastly, it shipped with one drive caddy so if you want to add a second hard drive you will need to order a caddy (the machine should come with two caddies). For me, it was not worth returning the unit as I needed to get the offline backup storage on-line and I had extra parts. But beware, you may receive an incomplete unit!
