I purchase this product for my husband-I am allergic to shellfish and almost every single glucosamine product has shellfish in it-thankfully we were able to find this one-GNC brand-that he is able to use-helps greatly with his knees and he has been taking it now for years-usually order from GNC but this is the same price with free shipping and gets here in a day or two so we are sticking with it. Just wish they would make it in a capsule because tablets can be hard to swallow & digest once you start aging.
