As someone that has been following a keto lifestyle for over a decade and has tried dozens of keto flours, I was very picky about the finest texture in our almond flour. Made awesome keto donuts!

I bought this to make Maya's keto donut recipe and I was so impressed with how well my donuts turned out. I'm grateful that she had made it her mission to create great low-carb ingredients, but also share really good recipes with so much detail. I've been doing Keto for about 8 years. There were almost no Keto products at the time which made it a lot more difficult and time consuming to stick to Keto. But now there are so many great products and Wholesome Yum has some of the best. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

I have always loved Wholesum Yum products. It is well worth the price and it feels good to help out a smaller business. The flour is finely ground. I don't feel like I need to grind it down further for recipes like I felt I have had to do with other brands. (It's a texture thing for me)
