How many applications per bottle?

Depends on the area. When I use it for my double chin, it only requires 2 small Balls of product (size of a small pearl). Now, when I use it on my legs, arms, and stomach; I tend to use 3x the size that I use for my double chin area. I would say it can last up to 30 applications. Now, the most crucial thing is to rub it until you don’t feel any product at all. REMEMBER that the burning sensation IS NOT AUTOMATIC. After you wrap your skin in a plastic wrap and let it work. You will feel a tingling and burning sensation. THAT IS FINE! You can let it sit for 30+ min but I highly recommend you not to leave it for more than 2 hours if you have sensitive skin.

Just Rob on like you would rub lotion on your skin directions say wrap the area affected in plastic to help generate heat, I have a waistband so I rub it on my stomach and my Waist then were my band to help generate heat while I do my housework
