Sour Cream & Onion Seasoning Powder, 12 Oz. Bag

This seasoning/powder is very good. I’d compare it to Auntie Anne’s flavoring which they discontinued so I got this to buy plain pretzels and flavor them myself! I have used it on popcorn, and to flavor fresh cheese curds when I could only get original, and I’m sure I’ll find other uses!

Now that Auntie Anne’s doesn’t sell their sour cream and onion flavor anymore, this is the next best thing to flavor my pretzels! Kinda hefty price BUT I’ll pay for good food any day! My husband and I LOVE the sour cream flavor and this definitely elevates our plain pretzels!

I wish it were in something other than a bag

I was pretty devastated when Wetzel’s Pretzels stopped selling sour cream and onion flavor. I had the thought to buy this one on Amazon, and I’m so glad I did! It’s delicious! It’s as good or better than what they used to have on their pretzels. Now I just buy butter pretzels at the mall and put this on top. It’s delightful. Since then, I came across sour cream and onion powder on an Auntie Anne’ pretzel at another mall and did not like it—this powder is FAR superior to whatever Auntie Anne’s uses.

This is awesome! Tastes just like Auntie Anne's pretzel topping. Buying my own now I can add a decent amount to my pretzels, instead of a cheap little dusting (if you could call my last pretzel from there a dusting which is a BIG STRETCH).

I don’t personally like sour cream and onion flavor, but it’s my husband’s favorite. I bought this to make homemade potato chips and a little bit definitively goes a LONG way!

I was excited to try a powder version of sour cream that I could make in a pinch. This product dud nit live up to my expectations. Definitely tasted like powdered milk with a funky taste. Not sour cream

I had been purchasing this item occasionally for the past couple years. But this order, I used the "buy it again" feature, without noticing that the price has double since last Fall. I love this seasoning, as it gives a great flavor-boost to my sour cream & onion potato chips, but at this new price of $19.99, I wont be buying it anymore.
