These scissors are a great deal. They are very sharp, cut even through sticky hair around eyes and mouth. They are quiet enough to make our dog feel comfortable to sit still for the duration of his trim. They are comfortable in my hands. Very satisfied.

I was so excited to order these as they looked great. They also got great reviews. Upon receiving my first pair I opened them up and they immediately locked up. I thought there had to be something I was doing wrong. Followed their instructional video and still they would lock up no matter what I did to adjust the tension.I figured maybe they were faulty and exchanged them. I received my second pair and the exact same thing happened. Straight out of the box they locked up. The video says to adjust the tension and that there may be a nick in the flat blade. I tried wiping them down as instructed, adjusting tension, and they still just locked up. Their video says if this happens they may need to be sharpened. After this disappointing experience I'm not going to have them sharpened right out of the box.Overall there must be people that are happy with these. I got these because I found them when searching for shears for people with larger hands as my other shears were starting to hurt my fingers. My old shears costed about $15 and still work fine other than that.This was extremely disappointing. I see a lot of people having this same issue in the reviews but overall it seems like there are many who are having a great experience. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or what but I guess I'll be looking for another brand.

Nice and sharp. Feels well balanced and is easy to use. I was just hoping the blade would have been a bit more narrow. I have Shih Tzus and this is a bit big for their shirt snouts.

cut well, comfortable to hold, look beautiful. a little heavy. overall perfect

only comes with one gel insert. comes with shear oil, shears feel a bit off compared to my foxy roxy scissors, feel a bit cheap. no curve, they are straight. a bit dull out of box but will work till they can be sharpened. the weight to them isn’t heavy, i would definitely be able to use these for my whole shift. i would recommend saving a bit more money and buying from foxy roxy. shear quality is better

Easy on the fingers and very much worth the price

These are great shears. When you open the box there should be a note “watch the video on adjusting the scissors” first thing.
