Effective product

I am prone to headaches and these gave me a terrible one that lasted two days. I'm sure they're good for most, but I threw the bottle away because they made me feel so icky.

I’ve been taking it as directed for a while, but I’m not sure what effect it had on me.While the ingredients seem promising, I can’t speak to any specific improvements in my health or well-being. The product itself is fine, and the pills are easy to take, but overall, I didn’t experience any noticeable results. For that reason, I’m giving it 3 stars. It may work for others, but it wasn’t a game-changer for me.
