Best Traditional Vinegar
I've bought this product for years and continue to love it! Forget the usual Balsamics that are runny and sour. This is the real stuff, both syrupy and sweet with a bit of tang. Love it on salads and the like!

Really Great!
This is some of the best Balsamic vinegar you will ever taste. Aged for 18 years. I have only ever had one better, and that was a 25-year-old, and it was just slightly more intense. This is so flavorful, you only need a little. We use Balsamic vinegar quite often, but a bottle of this still lasts around 6 months for us. This is a special treat if you like Balsamic vinegar. We have ordered this for years, great company, never a problem. Not cheap, but worth every penny.... and more!

Thick and sweet
I love this balsamic vinegar - it is thick, sweet-tart, and full of flavor. I keep a cheap balsamic around for some cooking applications like marinades, but use this for an amazing salad dressing, and to drizzle over vegetables or roasted meats as a finishing touch. I have gone through seven wine-bottle sized bottles of this vinegar.

Very tasty and thick Balsamic Vinegar
This vinegar tastes so wonderful. You can put it on anything. It's sweet and slightly tart, but not so tart that you start coughing when you eat it. I've added it to salads, dipping sauces, charcuterie boards, Brussels sprouts and sandwiches. It always gets rave reviews when we serve it to guests. This is a regular staple in our home and always feels indulgent when you eat it.

Expensive & Worth It
I splurged and bought this vinegar. I use it sparingly but it is superb in all respects. This is my fist foray into Balsamic Vinegars that are beyond the normal grocery store variety and I was not disappointed.

Guests note the results!
This company does a very nice job with reliable distinctive balsamic vinegars of quality. I am especially pleased (five stars ) with their fig based balsamic sold in a similar size. Both varieties are excellent for values for salads, meat and veggies preparation. For price and volume considerations, I no longer even consider a former turn to supermarket offerings. For everyday balsamic (four plus stars) or the fig variety, Jean Pierre provides decidedly better results and are quite affordable in so doing.
