Organic Bread of Heaven - Whole Grain Sprouted Sourdough - 2 loaves - USDA Organic

Arrived in Connecticut from California in excellent condition via FedEx. Banana muffin surprise inclusion. Very tasty.In a word, bread is scrumptious! Well worth the cross country wait.

Yummy! Love this bread toasted. Heavy, course bread. The shipping was so spendy.

Good sourdough bread. It is hearty with a mild flavor. I especially like what is not in the bread (i.e. chemicals, soy, etc.). It was a little dryer than some breads, but I attribute that to the fact that FedEx did not deliver it in a timely manner.

This Bread is very delicious. First, it’s organic, using sourdough starter, not yeast. No artificial flavors, or colors. Very chewy, and has that definite sourdough taste. Got 2 breads. Froze one, eating the other. Toasts a little longer than non sourdough bread. Love it so far.

OK, but very dry sourdough

I was looking for a yeast free bread and ran across this brand. The bread is by no means a light bread. It’s dense heavier because it lacks yeast. It’s ‘ok’ and not as heavy as others I’ve tried. I wouldn’t eat it without toasting it first though. Toasting it makes it softer and is good with fried eggs and dipping in the yoke. It’s smaller than a regular loaf or slice of bread too. I’m not planning on buying it again unless I can’t find anything else to use.

Great, healthy bread with good ingredients. However , the loaves are small.
