Quick DME for a fast brew day
I use 2 bags of this and 2 pounds of turbinado to make a perfect delicious NE hazy IPA. I don't boil the water, no heat at all. The work has been done with the dry extract as far as I'm concerned. Combine my fermentables in a fermenting vessel, and 36-48 hours later dry hop with 3 ounces each of citra and mosaic. At the end of a week the result is a perfect orange juice colored Hazy at about 5%. Good stuff... little more expensive than the brew store, but I'm paying for convenience.
