Just about perfect for family lightweight 3 season backpacking
I searched everywhere for a 4 man tent that could be used for my family of me, my wife and two sons for lightweight backpacking. After months of web searching decided on this. Have just returned from three days use in the Cairngorm Mountains in Scotland and overall we are impressed! The tent easily fits us all and in the wet weather we were able to store wet packs and waterproofs in one porch and cook in the other. I was worried about the stability, but it did handle 35mph winds, for the weather I need it for it was fine, for really bad weather i.e. Scottish high level camping I would use a heavier 4 season tent. I made sure it was pitched correctly and I did use extra long strong pegs, plus all guys out. The tent did buck and boom A LOT, but it held, although it is noisy as fly creaks over poles. There was one point early in the night where one of the poles bowed in rather alarmingly, but I retightened all the anchor points - which had slackened off slightly, and it didn't happen again even though the winds increased. As the dad I never sleep well in bad weather, but the tent stood up to the gusts and the family slept. It endured prolonged, wind driven torrential rain and we stayed completely dry. No condensation even with the four of us in the tent in cool 6ºc temps. I did put an old shower curtain under the groundsheet to protect it - I will probably buy the footprint. We had to strip down in the rain and managed to pack everything including the inner from within the fly (tricky without the proper footprint, but 'do-able') emerging to quickly pack the rain soaked fly in a dry bag for the walk out. For what we need, 3 season backpacking, it is ideal.

Supersmashinggreat!!!
Love this tent. It is awesome. Lightweight, very well made, easy to put up and lots of room. Spent 4 days wildcamping in Glenco and it was a dream. Love the LED lights too.

Dirty, ripped, awful!
Arrived ripped and damaged, clearly used and returned by someone then sent out to us. Shocked at the state of this item since it's a high value item. Don't buy this item here, try a smaller retailer who will take the due care. So disappointed at the awful customer service here and just really poor experience.

Good so far
This is an expensive tent but I really like what it offers so far. It goes up in minutes super simply and the cross bar pole gives extra room inside.Plenty of storage space with the inside nets. The vestibule areas are a good size for packs and boots to be stored and the weight of this thing is incredibly light.I like how the outer doors can be propped up with tracking poles to provide outside shelter when sitting/cooking.The in built lights are a cute touch but I think most weight saving people would get the version without it.I’ve found it to deal with condensation quite well at both mild wether nights (15’c) and cold weather (-4’c) there’s a single vent that can be propped open and helps a lot.I bought this as a solo tent where I can store things inside next to me. However my girlfriend and I fit just about, me being 5’10” and her 5’. Both slim/athletic. If you’re taller or wider it may be a different story.Cons with this tent is that you have to put up the inner netted part first so in bad weather water will get in when putting it up. Unless you pay a heap more for the ground sheet. And can find it in stock anywhere. I use a separate ground sheet so have to be quick if it’s raining.I haven’t used this tent in sustained rain and cannot say how well it does in a prolonged downpour so it’s the only thing I have yet to see how the tent does. So I may have to update when I get a full day of rain.Would recommend so far.
