The Dual works great. I have the Raindrip R675CT Analog 3-Dial Water Timer attached to the spicket, the Dual attached to the Timer, then my two hoses with the Gardena quick-release systems on both valve outlets.There are no leaks and the system makes it easy and quick to switch between the oscillating sprinkler and the small area sprinkler.Also possessing two of the Gardena 1951 Small Area Garden Spray Sprinklers On Spike, along with their GARDENA ZoomMaxx Oscillating Sprinkler on Weighted Sled Base, makes for a neat and very efficient watering system without the cost of an in ground sprinkler system.I am very pleased with all of these individual purchases and my new lawn is getting compliments almost daily.I hope this helps. I purchased these (2) in conjunction with purchasing the Eve Aqua smart irrigation valve. The Gardena Dual Hose Valves were shown in product marketing for the Eve Aqua, and are one of the few dual hose controls that work with a boxy smart valve like the Aqua. They work as expected, and actually exceed my expectation in their ability to control the water flow. I like the fact that the water control is large for easy use. Because it is mostly plastic, I do have some slight reservations about their durability over time given sun exposure, but I highly recommend this for those wanting an elegant and easy-to-use solution.

I have started using the gardena quick connectors and when I found this item I decided to also give it a try. The quick connectors have made my life (in relation to lawn work) much more easy. And this dual hose valve has made it even easier.First off compared to the splitters that I have used before, this one gives plenty of room between the connections. The other thing is that when you attach it to the main water faucet, after you tighten it, the body moves freely.The only bit of negative feedback that I have is that when the product came I had to tighten the quick connectors that are on the splitter, because I found them to leak a little bit. After I tightened them (just a hand tighten) the leaks went away.I literally do not know why I did not use Gardena for my lawn work in the past. I just purchased another one for the front side of the house.

It works well, but it is plastic so naturally it broke. I great design if only it was all brass. Metal parts attached to plastic don't usually last. There are a lot of brass manifolds, and they aren't more expensive so why do manufacturers insist on making them with plastic?

If you drive a BMW or Mercedes, do yourself a favor and buy the corresponding garden tool! The dials have the same solid feel and the quick connects are easy to use and never leak. Water flow is good. This unit looks so good, now I have to upgrade my water faucet...

Installed this faucet splitter on my patio faucet. One connection goes to the hose reel and the other hose is used to drain the water pressure after hose use. No leaks.

Lasted a single season. All faucets where turned off and made winter ready. Today first day of spring I turn all back on, just to find out this thing is broken and leaking out of every seal.... Looks like made in Germany doesn't mean anything anymore....

All our connectors are from Gardena and we like their system. We bought two of these items, they were easy to install and work great. Unfortunately, one started to drip after a couple of days in the area were the connector meets the housing. As they are covered by a multi-year warranty based on the package information we contacted Gardena USA. They were quick to respond and provided us with a voucher to be used on their webpage. 5 stars until here. However, this article is not available on Gardena's US webpage, so we could not get a like for like replace and ended up needing to buy a brand new one at full price.
