The media could not be loaded. I am still in the beginning stages! I don’t know if it’s the best but it has decreased inflammation that is a priority. What works for me may not work for you. I brought a few bottles it takes time for vitamins to do what there supposed to do. Some ppl say it helps pain! So if no inflammation less pain! I’m No doctor. I read reviews & do research. FYI in the beginning I didn’t take 3 I only started with 2

Great product for joint pain and inflammation. Really eases discomfort. I’ve used it for many years. I’m a 74 yr old woman. I still clean my own house, and maintain my own yard work. Staying active is important to me and this product helps me do that. Ive taken Ibuprofen since I was in my 30’s, but it can be hard on the kidneys. This is a safe and effective alternative, and it’s easy on my gut.
