It’s been fine on my coloured hair.

Is the mask a once a week treatment or every time u wash yr hair... also how long do u leave it in hair?

I use it twice a week i guess it depends on the individual on how long you leave it in for..I sometimes leave it in for 30 minutes, but mainly 10 minutes when I'm in a hurry. But I guess that's down to how damaged your hair is..
