The body wash is an 8 ounce bottle and one of the best chlorine remover body washes that I've ever used. It has a lovely fragrance. And if you are in and out of the pool a lot you might want to also try their body lotion (9 oz. tube). It sure helps to prevent scaly skin. Lol

How strong is the fragrance? And is it floral? I have real issues with strong scents

It has a citrus scent. It is definitely scented but does not stay with you. I have issues with scents and have not been bothered by it.

Chemically don't you need vitamin c (ascorbic acid) to remove chlorine?

I thought so, but vitamin C only worked for me once or twice. After that it quit working & my rash from the chlorine continued to get worse. This worked like a charm for me.

Does exactly what I need it to do.

I was having a problem with the chlorine smell from everyday swimming. Showering with my normal soap wasn't cutting the smell. This gel is wonderful. Clean and fresh. No lingering chlorine smell. I highly recommend to those that spend a lot of time in a pool.

An effective must- have for regular swimmers

This product effectively neutralizes chlorine. If you use this body wash after you swim, you will no longer smell the chlorine on your skin and your skin will feel much better. It also effectively prevents itching after swimming.

Not a cure all but it works and should be used asap after swim.

Does a decent job of removing chlorine from the skin after a swim. Better than other products I’ve tried over the years. I distance swim over a mile and am in chlorinated water almost an hour. The body gets pretty chlorine saturated. I always use their skin cream after showering with the rinse. Still have some itching issues from the chlorine, but it seems to be manageable-I won’t stop swimming and open water swim is not an option in the winter months.

Works best with a pre-swim cream.

Love the smell. It works but works better if put a made for pre-swim cream or lotion on before swimming. If it has some wax in it, it will protect you skin from some chemicals while swimming. Then this post swim shower gel does the rest. Would get again. Only problem is the snap shut top does not shut tightly. Keep upright.

Swimmers Must Have Product

I swim five days a week; two hours each workout so I’m always smelling of chlorine even after showering. My skin also gets very dry. I decided to try a different body wash and saw this product on Amazon. So far it’s been great. It definitely eliminates the chlorine smell but also is very gentle on my skin. I don’t seem to need to use as much lotion as before. Would highly recommend this product for anyone who is in the pool regularly.
