Love this lighter. I've had it for a week, but I think it's enough. I have several lighters for my cigars including an S. T. Dupont. Single jets, dual flames, triple, quadruple... all of them. This is an instant favorite. It's well built, tough, has a nice weight to it, has a cigar stand, a fuel window, a removable pocket clip... and then there's the flame... It's great! It's perfect... big enough for lighting cigars, precice for touch ups... this is what I've been waiting for. Great job!

I bought another Xikar lighter model that I returned after a few days (failed to hold any fluid), and replaced with this one via Amazon.Wow - what a difference! This lighter is buttery smooth with an easy light and beautiful jet. Lights my cigars super evenly and consistently every time. Heavy weighted but in a good way - feels solid. Refill is super easy with a large reservoir to hold lots of butane. I’ve seen reviews stating having to refill frequently - just need to fill, release gas, and then fill again. Not too hard!Really nice product with great quality, and the flame adjustment is excellent. The single flame is robust and gets the job done. No need for dual or other type styles - love it!

For this price I expected to be able to use it at least once. my buddy had one of these torch lighter a, and ur seemed quality enough yo last through the years/s I’f maintained. So I ordered one and unfortunately, after filling it up, it was pissing without popping the top button. I smell gas and knew that something was leaking from the tank. I did not overfill it, but this is usually an issue that happens with cheap tank lighters overtime with the hot and the cold temperature shifts Cheap plastic “glass “containers will crack and leak. I did not expect that to happen. hopefully it was just me that I can’t afford spending this much money for that.

First lighter was fine for 5 months then it stopped working. Ordered a replacement a few months ago and now the lighter ignition slide just fell off… Quality is poor.

This is a great lighter. I love the feel, and weight, and it lights and stays lit very well. Tested it in Oklahoma winter winds, and it stayed lit! The single flame is a nice size, but not as big as some is the reviews made it seem. Three is still bigger, but it's a great size, especially for shaping that uneven burn.I give 4 stars because the thumb piece falls off all the time... At first was very difficult to put back.

The Xikar Tactical Single Jet Flame Lighter's burner is bigger than Moniup 's Triple Jet Flame. And it's shorter, but it doesn't have the accessories of Moniup. If you could ever have a light saber from Star Wars...this is close. If you want a easy access to adjust the flame Hight...this is it. Has close to a 2-1/2" flame at Max! Has a heavy feel and I'm sure think its NOT hand made, but very nice.
