Don’t purchase to cut picture frame mat
Does not picture frame mat board. Broke the blade and won’t cut a perfect circle.

It works - if you follow instructions!
Got this to cut out circles from 3/16" foam core (foam board). Didn't quite understand how to use it until I realized you have to crank the top handle counterclockwise to raise the blade mechanism away from the board - then as you crank the handle clockwise it incrementally lowers the blade as you continue to spin the handle. Don't stop until you feel the resistance of your bottom safety barrier (another foam core piece/self healing mat etc.) Get extra blades as this dulls blades quickly. I have not used it on 1/4" board but based on it's engineering I couldn't see any reason it won't. I only wish it could create circles larger than 8". Next model?

Arrived used, and missing parts.
Item arrived with no packaging and missing parts. Would have really loved to try this out, but it had no blades.
