I love the Peace Lily plant. Not only are they pretty when they bloom (and the blooms are generally long lasting), but for me, they have been really easy to care for. I do not have a green thumb when it comes to plants, and oftentimes, when I am taking care of plants, even when it seems like I am doing everything I am supposed to be doing correctly, the plant ends up succumbing to an early death for reasons unknown. The Peace Lily is one plant that, despite my not ever following directions as to appropriate care (at least based upon the instructions that came with this plant), I have managed to keep happy, blooming, disease free and alive for years until just recently, when I forgot to water it and it died off. So I wanted to replace that original peace lily plant with another one - in part because I missed having such a cooperative plant, but I also liked the pot I had mine in and wanted to reuse it for another plant in the same place. So I purchased this plant from Amazon.It arrived really in very good overall condition. Shipping time took about a week (Florida to New Jersey and over a weekend) - and when it arrived and I opened it up, the new peace lily was in bloom, though the blooms were about done for and already browning out. The plant only had one dead leaf on it though, but everything else to do with it was thriving, though a bit out of shape, having been shipped from around a thousand miles away. The packaging of this plant for shipping was amazing - it's pot was wrapped tightly in saran type plastic wrap, held in place by bamboo stakes which kept virtually all the soil within its pot and the stakes also helped provide support to plant as well, and the shipping carton was designed to hold the plant securely in place.The plant itself was potted in a typical green plastic nursery container, which fits perfectly inside the decorative plastic flower pot that comes with it. The outer flower pot is very good looking, so much so that even up close, it truly looks like it was made from clay, rather than plastic, so I chose to keep this plant in that pot, rather than using my old one that I originally intended.Overall, this peace lily plant is still doing very well and looks great. My big struggle is deciding whether to follow the care instructions that came with this plant, or do what I always did with my old peace lily, which kept that one alive and healthy for years (though often left its roots sitting in water for days at a time) until a lack of water did it in.If you are in the market for a peace lily, I would recommend considering Costa Farms for purchasing one, but know that the one you will get from them is likely not going to be small in size (even if the height of the lily is matches its description perfectly). So if your space is limited in size for that plant, you might do better purchasing one in person elsewhere, (or you could prune the one you get) so you know the plant will fit your space.

Wow! A magnificent plant. I won’t buy plants from any other nursery than Costa Farms from now on. The Amazon product description says it is a foot tall. I thought this would include the height of the pot, but the height of the plant itself, above the pot, is a little over a foot tall. Just beautiful. It came with two full flowers, and three smaller ones just starting to open up. I’m very happy. 5 stars.

Great buy, with a mishap in shipping. On arrival I opened the box and noticed the pot was destroyed. This wasn’t a big deal for me as I was looking to repot the plant. But just be aware it can happen during shipping if you want to have the pot remain in tact.The reason I did buy this is for the plant itself, and it is absolutely beautiful and healthy. Very nice addition!

Absolutely beautiful! I wondered if I would receive a wilted, traumatized plant, my large Peace Lily is perfect! Amazing packaging that kept it upright and free from damage, carefully wrapped on the inside as well. Leaves are shiny and healthy and there are many blooms! Do not hesitate to order! Worth every penny!(Came with a lovely pot, just the right size and looks very expensive.)

I ordered the medium Peace Lily. I was blown away by this plant! It arrived in a few days perfectly packed and was completely undamaged. It even has flowers on it! The size of the plant is impressive. I only found one yellowed leaf, which I removed. It is a very full plant, fuller than I was expecting.

I purchased this as a Mother’s Day gift for my 96 y/o aunt. It came completely bent over to one side and wilting, this was the Monday before Mother’s Day. Needless to say I was very upset. I wrote to costa Farms and they had me call Amazon. I told them I could not give my very senior aunt this plant. To me it would insinuate that maybe I was telling her it was time to leave us ( she is very sharp and likes to read hidden meaning in all you say and do ). The Amazon rep understood, and we both got a giggle out of the whole situation and he did issue a complete refund. This is not the end of the story. On Friday I was planning to go to a florist to see if I could replace the plant. As I was walking out the door I saw a plant box and thought someone sent me a plant for Mother’s Day also. I opened the box and to my SUPRISE it was another Peace Lily plant and it was from Costa Farms. What an incredible company. I can not say enough about how wonderful they are. If there were 100 stars I would give them that rating. BRAVO. YOU ARE THE BEST. And to Amazon customer service rep., if you had anything to do with it thanks too. BUY COSTA FARMS PLANTS.

The plant was wrapped well, looks healthy. The pot that it was in was broken and I love the pot. Even with the broken pot, I will order from them again.
