Revco Industries BM88L BSX BM88 Extreme Pig Skin MIG Welding Gloves, Large

I had been looking for a nice glove that will hold up and something with some good dexterity. These so far are them. The work provided gloves just were so big and bulky and after a few uses seemed to cook the fingers and split open and leave them stiff. These so far have been great love the feel the heat resistance and fit. I use them almost daily and have been having to try and keep my helpers from using them they like them as well. Definitely one of the best set of welding gloves iv bought.

These gloves have held up to a beating. I’m already rough on any glove I wear but these have kept up. For the past month I have been torch scarfing and welding, yes they show the abuse but still fit the same as when I first used them. The fingers haven’t shrank from the heat like all the other heavy welding gloves I’ve used, even Tillman’s didn’t hold up as long. I have a tendency that when i am arc welding (typically 1/8”-5/32) to hold the rod after starting the arc and these hold back a lot of the heat from it. The flexibility in the fingers from new to now are still so much better than any other glove I’ve used.

These gloves are nice! Very comfortable and seem to resist heat well. I swear my beads looked better after wearing these!

Pros: I have been a professional welder for 12 years and these are some of the most comfortable gloves I have used to date! They are well insulated, padded in the right spots for welding all day, and your hands won't feel the heat.Cons: They are sized small (they would be 5 stars if the sizing was accurate). Mine are large but they feel like mediums. They shrink a lot when exposed to high heat (I accidentally grabbed a hot weld and I never felt heat, just the glove getting snug). My right glove was smaller than the left when they arrived.Summary: After 98 hours of welding with a medium heat mig set-up I love these gloves! They are comfortable they work well and they are better gloves than the price would suggest. I will be buying more in the future but I will keep a different pair for my 200+ amp arc welding jobs.

These are the best gloves I’ve had. They run a bit large I normally where Xl with these large fits perfectly.

I hobby weld with a mig. They protect just fine and give me good dexterity.

Just ok. Not as comfortable as Revco BSX BT50 that I use for just about everything. The large size runs just a a little too big. It tried TIG welding with it and I definitely lost a bit of feeding dexterity. Other than that they are nice gloves. I would have liked them if wasn't exposed to the Revco BSX BT50 first. Those gloves rock for TIG welding. Ill probably give these away.
