I ordered these with a certain vision I had in mind when designing my new bathroom remodel. I am a bargain shopper at heart and always will be, but when it comes to certain products, I choose quality over saving money. I saw the price on these and thought they probably wouldn’t meet my expectations at such a low price point. The last faucet I bought three years ago was right at $300 for a single kitchen faucet. So I do love a good faucet. For my bathroom though , I didn’t have to have perfection(like I wanted in my kitchen) but I wanted it to look vintage and of good quality and have a nice color, while mostly sealing and operating well. These met all my expectations I ordered two, they came nicely packaged and undamaged, instructions, and all. The color was nice and not too cheap looking. They were heavy and well made and jot like some of those cheap plastic ones or even lightweight metal ones, which was great. The water comes out perfectly from the faucet and no side spraying or anything. It fit perfectly in our space. I do have one small quam about the pipe size that has to go into this… it’s an odd size so we did have to do some work to make it fit into it perfectly but we made it work and it’s fine. A lot of faucets have an odd size that links up to your plumbing and it’s just not the size that your local hardware store usually carries (as far as pipes go). I did look at the size before buying so I was aware of it in advance but just be sure you always check all the measurements that they so kindly provide for you in the product pictures listed. If you are looking for the GOLD color of this faucet - READ THIS FIRST! I wanted a warm yellowish-gold to coordinate with my light fixture. I originally ordered the BRUSHED GOLD finish and it was way off! BRUSHED GOLD is COOLER and has a greenish undertone tint to it (see picture). I contacted the seller and they were gracious to help me resolve the issue. They suggested the ANTIQUE BRASS finish would be a WARMER gold and a much better match with my light fixture. I re-ordered the faucet in ANTIQUE BRASS and it is a perfect warm yellow-golden finish. Note: The picture attached to this review is of the original BRUSHED GOLD FAUCET - NOT THE ANTIQUE BRASS that I re-ordered! In the end, I am very satisfied with the service I received from the seller and the overall look of the faucet!

I like the look of this faucet, it’s both stylish and classic. Unfortunately I have hard water so after about a year and a half, the cartridge inside the hot water handle that controls the flow of hot water corroded/had build-up just enough that I could never fully turn the water off. Reached out to customer service, and not only did they send me new cartridges, but when I could not get the old ones out, they sent me an entirely new faucet. They were very accommodating—I highly recommend their customer service!

One year in and my bathroom faucet is leaking. The company does not provide details for a compatible replacement nor sells the stem valve cartridges which are impossible to find in any hardware store. However, I’m giving them 4 stars because their customer service was excellent. I sent an email and received a reply on the same day and they offered to send me replacement cartridges. I paid $15 postage and a few days later received a brand new complete faucet set, which was a surprise as I thought I would only receive the cartridge. Hopefully this new set will last longer.

I love it ? I remodeled my bathroom and my vanity has a square sink , Farmhouse decor. the old fashioned handles with porcelain C for cold and H for hot. the color is just matching perfectly.

I got 2 of these a 1.5 yrs ago. But I just finished the bathroom. So the water was turn on for a month. It started leaking on the hot side one month after bathroom was done. Funny thing is I realized I've never even used the hot side!After trying to figure out why I notice. The handle stem was not tight inside! After taking hot side off I realized it's all plaastic inside. So I buy another one. Because I knew the company wouldn't help me after a yr. and a half. I figured I'd just have to replace one side then I'd have an extra encase it leaks in the future.Well, they changed the design now they are entirely plastic except for the decorative part! So I have to replace the entire unit.So now after a few yrs. All these plastic parts are probably going to get brittle and break at some point! Probably 5 years or less.I am so tired of buying junk. I hate even buying anything anymore! It's ridiculous.I also bought a shower unit from this company.And every once in a while it won't shut off!🙄Unbelievable!!!I can't recommend this company!! Thought I was finished with this bathroom looks like I'll be working on it nonstop for years!🙄Quality must be a thing of the past now!!

Great quality faucet and looks great. I had a small leak in one of the hoses at the crimp point on one of the connections but customer service was amazing and got a replacement sent out super fast so I was up a running water in a couple days.

These faucets are nice. I have had them for three years now, but unfortunately, about six months ago the paint started chipping and is continuing to chip more. I am very disappointed with the paint coming off.
