I ordered these batteries for a 3 year old camera that I use on average about once a week. The battery that came with the camera was not holding a charge well at all. The price for the Sony replacement battery is outrageous. I got two of these two Kastar for less than half the price of one Sony battery. They came packed very nicely and each had it's own little plastic storage case. The manufacturer enclosed a very nice card with all of the contact information I might need if I have a problem. The batteries fit in the Sony charger and charged up. I put them in the camera and they fit and seem to work just fine. How long they will last I can't say at this point - but I am optimistic that they will last better than the originals.

Exact fit and works well in my camera.

These seem to last just as long as the stock batteries. Charging rate is the same. I took one out of the camera after it finished charging, and the temperature was barely lukewarm. Good sign that these won't spontaneously blow up while charging. The little case is a plus, so you can keep the batteries in your pocket and not have to worry about puncturing them with keys.

Battery dimensions are not correct. It does not reach the contacts unless the battery door is closed – this means that you cannot charge the battery in the camera.The battery life is also very low – less than half of the OEM battery.I’ll pay a little more for the Sony OEM battery next time.

I've used these batteries to film my DW trips vlogs, and so far so good. I've charged them 3 times already and everything is fine. It's a very good price!

Battery was a little thicker than the original Sony battery so it did not popout when released and had to be pulled out.
