If you have handle bar mounted mirrors with a single thread then they are mostly M8 or M10. Check your parts catalogue or remove one and measure the thread diameter

Will these fit a 2019 suzuki katana?

Yes if mirrors use a m8 or 10 thread, these just pop in the holes left when you remove your mirrors
