It is one of the best pathology reference book. Its description is short but clear. It also contains beautiful pictures more than any other reference pathology books.

Overall still the best book on tumor pathology.All chapters are world class. But the chapters on lung/pleura (new editors!) and kidney are the poorest in the book.Gastro was in previous edition a poor section, but there have been a huge improvement here (Jason Hornick).Salivary gland, lymph node and soft tissue are simply the best of the best; clear, easy and comprehensive read.

well, my english is not so good, but I'll try to explain my opinions about this extraordinary book: I'm a proffesor of Pathology in Maracaibo, Venezuela, especifically in Veterinary Pathology and mi field of studied is the comparative pathology of tumours. This book represented the most advanced updated that I have been read. The ilustrations and the text are of high quality, very concise and clear. I recommended this excellent book both veterinary pathologist and human pathologist
